I am not too into the ships on TVD. I mostly watch for the action and excitement. But when I saw Elijah and Elena talking for the first time I fell in love with the idea of them together  I really hope they aren't somehow related. Thank you Doppelganger for creating a place for this ship ;D <3 |

I hope they aren't related either. It does seem as though these two get along pretty well all things considering. I think Elijah has a soft spot for these Petrova women. |

Sorry, but I think it's VERY possible that we may end up finding out that one of the other original brothers fathered Katherine's child....
While you might think it’s Stefan (Paul Wesley) undaggering some of the O.V.s in his newly stolen coffins, we’ll actually meet Finn — Klaus (Joseph Morgan), Elijah (Daniel Gillies), and Rebekah’s (Claire Holt) brother — in a 1491 flashback. If you remember the last time we visited that era, Katerina (Nina Dobrev) was turned by Rose and met the two Original bros, Klaus and Elijah. Well, Finn will encounter Kat a full year before then. Wasn’t there another significant event around this time? Could this O.V. be the father of Katerina’s baby? Does Elena (Nina Dobrev) have Original blood running through her veins? Still, I think Daniel Gillies has amazing chemistry with Nina (Both as Katherine and Elena.) Elena is an idiot. How can she betray Elijah who has been so nice to her? Not only Elijah but his sister as well. A sister who was going to help her kill Klaus. She doesn't even now Esther. She is just getting on everyones bad side. Elijah is way to good for her. She better apologize and hope that he forgives her. Otherwise she can go back to tweedle dee and tweedle dum  |

I think they decided not to do this story because Finn supposably was daggered for 900 years which would've made him dead while Katerina was around. Because of the past couple of episodes, I've begun loving this ship (even though I doubt it will happen). I'd love to see the looks on Stefan's and Damon's faces if Elena slept with Elijah. I love Elijah as much as I love Damon now.

The chemistry between these two is amazing and I'd love to see them together even if it's just for a little while. One big hurdle at the moment is the lack of DG on TVD. If we could only convince TPTB to write more Elijah scenes then perhaps this ship would finally find it's footing. |
