CW threads still open

I deleted the CW Lounge from my favorites tab. So sad but it's time to move on. Doppleganger you did an awesome job here. This is the best fan made forum I've seen! I just have to find a Supernatural forum I like and I'll be set.

Well thank you. Now I need more smilies. I do miss that animated heart one. I found instructions on adding them, just need to get some more.

Seriously I can't believe you did all this in one day! And the cool thing is I can post from my phone. I always wished the CW site would allow mobile access.

So the board is just 'Read Only' now? We can still sign in and view threads but can't post anymore. Eh.

Anyways, atleast with migrating elsewhere, we can now use custom avatars and have sigs along with being able to post links and images in posts without having someone strip them out 5 minutes later. Some good, some bad, CW was ugly through the whole thing.

I felt that sometimes the CW went overboard on moderating every little thing.

I don't think anyone would disagree. It really was extreme on their part: the default avatars that they didn't update, no sigs (even just some text), no images, no 'off-site' linking, etc.. I thought it was ridiculous that people would post news and they couldn't source it directly. They had to say "Google _________" or say "Go to ____ and then _____".

Swearing/censoring could go either way but when they're going into posts and editing out the word 'sans' and saying it's not English, I think that's a bit much.
