Was going to post the same thing. Ryan going the Percy route and the President being in on it seems like a slippery slope which is just confirmed right now. They want to sit down and talk about Division's future. There aren't supposed to be anymore OPs and lookie here. And I liked the Doctor Knew something had to happen to him at the end and it turns out, they're using kids. Sadly, that seems to be the way of things: a lot of the stuff used for/funded by the government/military leads to improvements for the general people. Wish it would just come from general applications instead of military use but whatever. At the very least, they have files on what direction to look for Michael. They know there are people out there that can achieve what the Doctor could (since he worked under them) and they'll get the tech and eliminate the people because of their methods.

Yea I knew something was fishy about the doctor it was too easy to get him on board for some reason. and when I saw the kids I was like oh great but I also feel this is going to be another downfall for Michael and hes going to be obsessed with finding this people and make decisions that probably wont be so great.
Also The look on Birkoff's face when he saw what Ryan was pulling was like sh&t is about to get real. Now the President wants them to handle other matters and its not like they can really say no because she can say well if you dont we can eliminate you right here and now.
It was weird to not see any Owen or Shawn in this episode but it looks by the preview next episode will be shawn centric

Yep, Michael is going to get obsessed and start to lose sight of other things. And the President pretty much has Division in a corner. If Ryan & Co. say 'No', President sends in the military to wipe out Division. 'Yes' is their only option if they want to save everyone there that they promised would get out of this and now the President is abusing that by forcing them back into this cycle/the same crap they were in with Percy, although I guess less strict =\ Still sucks for them cause if the President likes the results of these other '4' missions, what's stopping her from extending their use outside of the 30 Rogue Agent cleanup? Nothing. She's just got to make one call/sign one order and the military wipes out these people hoping to get on with their lives after this stuff is done with. Now they're in it for the long haul.

exactly so they have them cornered. I wonder if this was Ryan's only option regarding the issue that Nikita was in

This episode "Gogol?" "Yeah." "How long?" "5 years." *Stops fighting to appear normal* "Nice shoes by the way." "Thanks." I would have been pissed like Alex. Their not worried about Shawn, they're worried about Division. I laughed but I agreed with Alex's "WHAT!?" Feel bad for Shawn now though. He can't see his sister anymore and the world thinks he's dead now, as a 'traitor', just to get him out/keep him alive. He's now a 'new recruit' of Division and is pretty much stuck. I did enjoy the reflection Nikita & Ryan had on Percy/Amanda compared to them. If you were caught/exposed in the field, you were left to die (Shawn, who they went in for). If you were injured and couldn't continue your duties, you were put down (Michael, who they gave a prosthetic and moved to another role). If you had a relationship, you and/or the other were put down (Birkhoff & Sonia being able to have a relationship without consequence). So on one hand, they're kind of stuck in the same cycle but it's a lot more lax for the people now without Percy & Amanda so that is something good. Also sucks to hear that some of the missions were going to be taken up but because of the recent stuff, Division is stuck with all of them for the President =\ Would have been great for Division to have some of that weight off their shoulders. Looking at the preview, what the hell is up with Amanda. Mass attacks on innocents now?

I think Amanda is slowly loosing her mind and I think TVD traumatized me for life because I was expecting them to kill off Shawn especially when the blonde girl shot the medicine. I liked how Nikita kept her shoes and i was pretty shocked when it turned out the blonde girl was working with Amanda. I was like oh snap. Also with the preview coming up do you think the guy from Gogal is really giving them a warning or is another set up on Amandas behalf.?

Seems to be the case. She can't seem to pull the trigger on Nikita but is OK with upping the ante with targeting innocent people. I think to a degree, she may kind of hate how she's living now because of Nikita & Co. (always on the run now like Nikita was) and is doing everything to pay them back, and doesn't care about body count.
Shawn dying would have made Alex go full on with wanting to hunt down Amanda. Being utterly reckless in the future. And yeah, I was kind of surprised Naomi (the blonde) was working with Amanda cause up until that call, she did seem like she was just working the case and coming up with her own theories. And TVD of course kills off people left and right. Supernatural has done it too but Supernatural at the very least has done it more spread out/naturally...except for Dean & Sam. They've died like what, 20 times?
Ari? Could go either way. He could be warning them because he doesn't agree with Amanda's own tactics (innocent killings) or he's setting them up.

See, I missed this: They had to leave her as a 'Jane Doe' but taking the shoes is just hilarious.

Lol @ Ari's story to Owen. What you found was not of this world. I actually said "What?" Ari messing with Owen. He gets a kick out of just leading people on. And now Amanda is getting schooled by Nikita...ugh, that KO by Stephan's (it's not pronounced like 'Stefan' so I'm probably spelling it wrong anyways) bodyguard. I like him so far.
I'm kind of shocked that Birkhoff fell for that ploy by Amanda to find to the warehouse. Clearing it early would look odd to anyone when they had quite a bit of distance between the other warehouses.
EDIT: So Owen is on lockdown now. And the show continues to drive the point home that Amanda is crazy. Now she's kidnapped Alex? Felt bad for Alex with the smile on her face like she was getting ready to go home only to hear the gunshot. A new episode next week too? CW just gong to run through all of them?

Finally got to catch up on the last two episodes of nikita. Every time the show finishes I continue to wonder why this show is being played on Fridays. Shrugs
Anyway I knew Amanda's words were going to get to Alex about nikita. They were left off with so much tension and Alex thinking nikita didn't have her back. But they are the same.they like to keep their word and I think Alex should have understood.
I wonder how their relationship will be now. I didn't think we would see them against each other again and I hope not.
Owen cracked me up and ardie almost had me convinced.I was like really what did he find haha

Really not liking Ryan. I know he's in a tough spot with Division and all but the calls he's making are really going to burn him. Ari was rigged without anyone else on the Op knowing except Owen and even then, Michael and Birkhoff weren't going to tell her. I'm actually kind of sad to see Ari go. Given his situation, he seemed to be enjoying taunting everyone. At the very least, he got Nikita the Black Box and it's open.
Yeah, saw the Alex thing blowing up when Amanda started running her mouth. There was really nothing Nikita could do in the situation sadly. She likes to keep her word, just like Alex. It's just one of those times when both happened to do it at the same time, on the same OP and needed a lot of backup to pull it off successfully. They were both put in a tough spot with their promises and it turned out horribly for both.

Because it just shows they work best when together and I was also sad to see Ari go I was like dang Nikita was really trying to save him and Amanda did not even hesitate. I am actually intrigued to see Amanda's backstory. When she was mini venting with Nikita when they were tied up. I think they are suppose to start giving her backstory so I want to see who is the person who effed her up lol

Didn't she tell Nikita that she wasn't the only one with 'daddy issues'? That sounds like Amanda's dad really did a number on her, whatever it is. She's really been twisted, a lot more so lately, having been backed into a corner/on the run. We know she enjoyed what she did at Division (torturing & punishing recruits who broke the rules such as having relationships) so I'm assuming whatever happened with her father left her enjoying inflicting pain on others with a few scattered relationship issues of her own (such as the attachment we've seen to Nikita).
