Hey guys!! I just found out about the CW message boards today. lol and decided to join this one! So happy this exists, but I'm still kinda shocked over the CW closing...very random. We were so close to 20,000. On a positive note, thank god I never have to look at that stupid poll ever again so it's all good.  |

From Julie Plec's EW Interview for her favorite moments: "And I thought Ohmygod, this girl needs to find her mother. She just needs to find her mother. The two of them being reunited is the thing that will bring them peace. Even though Jeremy thinks, Oh, we’ll still see each other, no. I think that when she found her mom and those two disappeared, they went off to a very happy place and we’ll never see them again. It just felt so right. That’s the thing that defined her character from the beginning: she came to Mystic Falls to rescue her mother from the tomb, and every bad thing she ever did was in the name of being reunited with her mother. Then in the end of her journey, she got that." THIS. Finally she's making it sound like she's not just trying to make some epic love story out of Jeremy and Anna. She's actually saying that when Jeremy saw a chance to be with Anna again, he got it WRONG. He's made a mistake, and I think breaking him down now should be followed by them building him up again while Bonnie deals with her issues with her mom so they can find their way back to each other. ^^ I always said that that was Anna's story. She's always been about her mom. I knew that she wasn't coming back because her mom is her endgame NOT Jeremy and she found her. |

^ One good thing that came out of it is finally getting rid of that poll.
I completely agree about the ghost. She was all about her mom. That was it. That was her story. Once her mom was killed there was no more use for her. She served her purpose, her story ended so the writers killed her off. Good riddance.

for me was the reunion of Pearl and Anna was not the most emotional.
For me, the emotional moments in the show,
as Elena read the letter from John and the funeral of John and Jenna.
Jp is a fan of anna and always finds all well with what is Anna. Even if it's just s***.
That's what we saw in Jeremy and Anna. JP and really wants to convince that Anna is the great love of Jeremy.
Jeremy, Anna hardly knew. They were not together very long.

Yeah I think we all knew getting her mom back was always Anna's #1 priority and Jeremy was just a means to an end that may have turned into a little...a LITTLE...something more. But understandably anyone would choose their mother over a guy they've known for not even 1/1000 of their lives. At most, she was just looking for Jeremy to fill the void her mother left.
It's just good to hear Julie Plec say that as opposed to the stuff she used to say that made it seem like even SHE thought they were more epic than Beremy.

Anna was in Season 1 and her mother
They also wanted to have her mother in Season 3.
anna Jeremy has lied about the necklace and she has also stolen.
For me, the proof is genng that she only wanted her mother.

I got the second season on DVD and decided to watch Masquerade with the writers' audio comments for the heck of it. Something interesting I found out about Beremy was that KW wrote for them in that episode. I knew he was responsible for Beremy! Just knew it! He said that he was afraid that the audience wouldn't buy Bonnie suddenly being interesting in Jeremy until she saw him in a new light so he put in that little line about the driver's license so the audience can see that Bonnie is starting to see him in a new light. He seemed quite proud of their interaction. I miss classic Beremy.  I STILL don't think they're done for good. Although I think it's going to take a lot longer than I thought for them to go back to a good place. I just want to see them interacting again. Maybe go to being friends and then very slowly develop into something more in future seasons once Jeremy's head is clear for good since right now it looks like Jeremy will have to hit a lower low since it seems as though the writers want him to regress even more. They'll probably go back to building him back up after this whole fiasco. I'm really going to miss happy/strong Jeremy. I hate seeing him all depressed. |

There is a time jump between episode 9 and episode 10th
I wonder how long will be the time jump?
1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or more?
I hope the time will not be long jump.
From Season 2 season was the time to jump 2 months. There there was a break of 4 months.
Now I type for a time step of 1 month, the winter break is 2 months.
I hope we will see BEremy. In a month you can (Bonnie) not soon forget someone you love.
I hope this week is wiedr at TVD. Because JP Jeremy has made only because their favorite chrakter broken.

I like to make parallels with other shows, and I was just thinking that just like people make comparisons with Elena/Buffy and Bonnie/Willow, there are parallels with the original main 3 from One Tree Hill and with the Charmed sisters:
Elena = Peyton from One Tree Hill (everyone pays attention to the "epic" love story and she's supposed to be the "deepest" one with a tortured soul) and Phoebe from Charmed (star-struck relationship with a man fighting his inner demons)
Caroline = Brooke from One Tree Hill (runs the school, natural born leader, outspoken, mom issues) and Paige from Charmed (trying to embrace what she has become and make the best of it)
Bonnie = Haley from One Tree Hill (mediator, considerate of people even outside of the friend circle, portrayed as a wallflower but can be a hot bada** when given the opportunity) and Piper/Prue from Charmed (takes care of the others, protector, don't want to mess with her when she's in her element, would love to live a normal life but has to accept what she is and use it as best she can)
Keeping Bonnie's parallels in mind, Haley was also with a guy who screwed up a lot, but he became a better person because of her and has grown into a MAN who realizes how lucky he is to have her and values her for it. Piper has this difficult journey with her love, but eventually they get their happily ever after. Maybe this regression of Jeremy's character will lead to him realizing that he used Vicki to fill the void left by his parents' death, used Anna to fill the void left by Vicki's death, and used Bonnie to fill the void left by Anna. Maybe losing Anna a second time and hurting Bonnie will force him to breakdown and learn to grow up all over again the right way. He might realize he can't toss his relationship with Bonnie in front of a supernatural 18-wheeler and expect it to come out unscathed, and maybe while Bonnie's busy with her mom, he'll be busy working on making himself a man worthy of someone like her.

^ I never thought about it that way. Those are some very good parallels. I've never seen charmed before, but I have seen OTH and I can definitely see Haley in Bonnie. Come to think of it Haley and Nathan are very similar to Beremy in so many ways. I hope Beremy get their happy ending like Naley did. I think you're right about Jeremy figuring things out while Bonnie's busy with her mom. Maybe the writers thought that they took the easy way out when they had Damon erase Jeremy's last moments with Vicki hence him not grieving properly. They probably want him to actually grieve this time around and regress further but only not taking the easy way out again so we'll see him turn himself around without the help of being compelled to forget his pain. This could possibly make him stronger in the end. |
