The SE's have a spoiler over there in their bubble on this Matt closet scene but it didn't say where it came from...check that out there... But I do want to say there is NO way that they'd put Matt and Elena together, not unless they wanted to slide it in at the end of season 6 and rip us all off!  |

I don't know what would be scarier Elena's reaction to the shower or Bekah's reaction  I wonder who Matt and Elena are hiding from? And I wouldn't put it past the writers to pull a fast one and put Elena with Matt although I doubt that's where they're headed anyways  |

Now Damon is going to sleep with Sage which will add more fuel to the "Damon doesn't deserve Elena" fire since he isn't being a freaking monk while waiting for his unrequited love that as far as he knows will never come his way. Gimme a break! I think that scene is from 3x17. That's all I see from other sides regarding DR as it is already and how Stefan has been loyal. Well he did kiss Rebekah but he's too busy brooding and being painfully shy to actually get it on with anybody else.

I read somewhere...can't find it now that what pisses Rebekah off is he basically leads her on and then dumps her on her ass...but when I read it I was thinking there had to be more to it then that.

If someone anyone thinks Damon is less deserving bc he sleeps with Sage that is their problem! I'm sick of caring what these people think! At the end of the day they have ZERO control of the show. They can keep on talking their brains out wont change if Damon gets Elena or not. Opinions are like A-holes... every one has one and they tend to stink!
I'm just so sick of peoples comments. Like YOUR OPINION ABOUT DAMON EVEN MATTERS!

Also I'd rather Elena be with Stefan than matt. Sorry matt is not man enough for her.
I'm not sure of many SE's would chose Damon over Matt! I sure hope they would.

Not from what I have seen...and I agree with you. If I could only choose between Matt and Stefan, I'd choose Stefan because Matt is like...ummmm...watching paint dry... But seriously can you even imagine this show without Damon in it? It would be like The Days of Our Boring Lives.
Stefan: blah blah blah and poor me
Matt: *monotone* blah
Elena: blank stare

Yeah I'm expecting Damon to get some more heat for the Sage thing But I hate those arguments of, "Oh Stefan is so faithful and if Damon was with Elena he'd cheat on her." What?  Elena hasn't given Damon any indication to believe that she wants to be with him so why would he hang around for? They aren't in a relationship so anything he sleeps with has no effect on Elena. If she has a problem with it she needs to get her priorities straight. The minute Elena wants to be with Damon is when he'll stop lounging around. Just like he did all the way up until 3x14 when Elena had given him reason to hope. I find it so dumb that people think that when Damon is with Elena in a relationship, the girl who he's poured his heart out to and spent much of his time protecting over three seasons, that he would cheat on her. I mean come on it makes no sense. If you don't mind I'd also like to borrow this to express my point. |

Well according to some he'll either cheat on her or snap her neck which are both ridiculous overexaggerations. I mean, Elena is the one who apparently crossed the line into snapping Damon's neck, not the other way around but nobody seems to say a thing about that, and using excuses like Jeremy is just cheap.
One doesn't cancel out the other and I still really want her to say she's sorry for betraying him like that. I think he had every right to leave her behind in the dust even moreso then he has, actually, after what she did to him. I was literally sickened by that when I watched it. Throw in the crap she said on top of it and it was BAD. Damon apologized profusely for Jeremy. Now it's her turn and if all she can say is, "Get over it," then he has every right to "Get over it" by getting over her and anyone who can't see that is missing the point.
People act like they are bf/gf or something and they aren't and never have been so wth? Would Elena be a cheater on Damon then if she happened to be with Stefan again? I highly doubt they'd see THAT that way. The argument makes no sense. Would any of us put our lives on hold for a 'unrequited' relationship that we'd like to have but don't and never have had, for over a year, and not persue other relationships to be loyal to this person we don't even have? I don't think so. That would be pathetic in my opinion.

I just don't see it that way. I see it as Damon trying to move on, not that he will be able to, but that he's trying to because she has told him that his love is a 'problem' and he needs to 'get over it.' What else is he supposed to do at this point, sit around and cry like Stefan would do? Mope and write in journals? That's not Damon and that's not how Damon handles things. At least he isn't out killing people like crazy...and I hope I don't regret saying that. Either way, it's a cheap shot from the writers to keep them temporarily apart probably because they are too chicken to do what they should be doing or maybe they're just keeping it for finale time and building it up more...we can hope. |
