Rick, Kat and Ian's interactions with the Brazilian fans have certainly left a good impression, even down to dancing the Sampa.

For fans of Katrina, she supports a number of charities, but these are the main two.
In 2007, The UNICEF Tap Project was born in New York City based on a simple concept: restaurants would ask their patrons to donate $1 or more for the tap water they usually enjoy for free, and all funds raised would support UNICEF’s efforts to bring clean and accessible water to millions of children around the world.Since its inception in 2007, the UNICEF Tap Project has raised nearly $3 million in the U.S. and has helped provide clean water for millions of children globally. Now in its sixth year, the award-winning UNICEF Tap Project, a nationwide campaign sponsored by the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, will return during World Water Week, March 19–25. The first program of its kind, the UNICEF Tap Project has become a dynamic movement that affords everyone the opportunity to help provide the world’s children with safe, clean water.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization bringing relief to communities around the world who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water and proper sanitation. Using local labor and management, and donated funds, The Water Project helps dig wells, build small dams, collect rain-water in large tanks, and filter dirty water with Biosand water filtration systems. They believe it is essential for assistance such as ours to be a help, not a hand-out. The Water Project is currently working in Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Uganda and Sudan

Kat Graham Announces China Trip To Preview Never-Been-Released Songs From Her Upcoming Album LOS ANGELES, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire Recording artist and actress Kat Graham, who currently stars in The CW's popular drama television series "The Vampire Diaries," today announced plans to visit China June 26, 27 and 28 to perform never-been-released songs from her upcoming album as well as hold public appearances. During her trip, Graham plans to perform songs for fans from her debut EP "Against the Wall" -- including the Billboard dance chart hit "Put Your Graffiti On Me" -- and also give them an exclusive sneak peek of tracks from her upcoming album. Details about performances and appearances will be announced soon. "I'm so fortunate to have the most amazing fans, both in the U.S. and around the world. My 'Vampire Diaries' co-star Ian Somerhalder had an awesome time meeting with fans of the show in past trips to China and I've been eager to head there for my own trip to meet with fans," said Graham. "China is one of the largest and most dynamic markets in the world. I can't wait to meet my incredible fans there and perform some never-before-released songs from my upcoming album for them." To connect with her Chinese fans online, Graham recently launched an official account on Chinese social network Weibo. The actress and recording star has also teamed up with China brand management company Mingyian, which develops a micro-event platform for celebrities to host online events with their Chinese fan base, and U.S.-China media firm Metan Development Group, the producer of the Chinese television programs "Hello! Hollywood," "Chinese Girl," and the popular web series "Modern Life." Graham filmed a segment for the Mandarin-language program "Hello! Hollywood" in May. Graham currently stars as Bonnie Bennett in The CW television series "The Vampire Diaries" and is also signed to Interscope Records. She has toured with The Black Eyed Peas and her 2012 single "Put Your Graffiti on Me" made it to #5 on the Billboard charts. About Kat Graham: Kat Graham is an Interscope music artist as well as actress. She currently stars as Bonnie Bennett, in The CW's series "The Vampire Diaries." At the age of 6, Kat began acting in commercials such as Barbie, K-Mart, Pop-Tarts and Old Navy, and television shows including "Like Family," "Grounded for Life," and "Lizzie McGuire." Her first big break came when she replaced a young Christina Milian as the host of the Disney channel's popular series "Movie Surfers." Kat can also be seen in the films "17 Again," with Zac Efron and Matthew Perry, "The Roommate," with Leighton Meester, and the starring role in "Honey 2", and the slated 2014 release of Lionsgate's "Addicted". At 15, she was chosen by renowned choreographer Fatima to perform at the BET Awards as a background dancer for Bow-Wow, leading to stints as a dancer for Missy Elliott and Pharrell, and went on to work with choreographers Hi Hat and Michael Rooney. In addition to being a professional actress and dancer, Kat began to pursue a career as a musical artist. One of the first songs she wrote and performed -- "Derailed" -- was featured in the Jean-Claude Van Damn movie bearing the same title. A year later she met super producer Damon Elliott (Pink, Mya, Destiny's Child). While the two worked on perfecting Kat's skills as a musician and producer, she continued to work as an actress, starring on the series "CSI: Las Vegas", "The O.C.," "Malcolm In The Middle," "Joan of Arcadia," "Strong Medicine" and "Hannah Montana." She appeared in music videos, including Akon's "Mr. Lonely," 112's "What If," John Legend's "Used to Love U," B2K's "Why I Love You" and Musiq Soulchild's "Buddy", Nelly's "Just a Dream"" and Diddy with Usher "Looking for Love". At 17, Kat was selected by Coca-Cola as part of an international campaign to market their soft drink Fanta. While promoting the campaign as a member of the "Fantanas" (as Capri/Strawberry), Kat simultaneously completed her degree in recording engineering. In 2007 Kat went on a world tour with The Black Eyed Peas, and her voice is featured on will.i.am's solo release "Songs About Girls" ("I Got It From My Mama") and "The Donque Song," featuring Snoop Dogg. Kat soon signed to A&M Octone Records and she released her debut EP, "Against The Wall" in May of 2012. The first single, "Put Your Graffiti On Me," which was produced by Australian Duo "Twice as Nice" (50 Cent, Pete Wentz), reached over 7 million views on VEVO and charted on the Billboard Dance Charts. Her last single "Power" produced by Mitch Allen (Demi Lovato's "Heart Attack") was released on iTunes July 31st 2013 and premiered on billboard.com to positive reviews. The song was added to over 30 stations within the first week of its release. Kat is currently filming the 5th season of "The Vampire Diaries" and recording her first full-length album on Interscope Records.

‘Vampire Diaries’ Stars Support Children Mending Hearts 6th Annual Fundraiser Photo Credit: Kayla Ewell via Twitter On the set of their hit CW series, the stars of The Vampire Diaries battle diabolical villains and deadly forces that threaten harm upon their loved ones and their hometown of Mystic Falls. Off set, they battle other important causes — ones close to the heart. When they’re not busy filming harrowing scenes for their supernatural series, the show’s stars are raising awareness for social issues via their online platforms and traveling the world to support worthwhile charities. And it seems as though all their inspirational and altruistic hard work isn’t going unrecognized — the show’s compassionate ensemble members were honored with the Cast of Heroes Award at the Children Mending Heart 6th annual fundraiser, “Empathy Rocks: A Spring into Summer Bash” on Saturday, June 14th. (For those of you who don’t know, CMH is a non-profit organization that aims to empower youth and build empathy and global citizenry in future generations.) Michael Trevino, Kat Graham, and Kayla Ewell were all on hand at this amazing event to accept the accolade on behalf of the TVD family. As far as his own charity commitments go, Michael praises his co-stars for motivating him to get more involved with pivotal community issues. “I wasn’t involved in charity work until I got on the show, and I was influenced from the get go by Ian [Somerhalder] and Kat,” he revealed to Zap2It during a recent interview. “They have been so heavily involved with multiple charities. Kat threw her own event for her charity The Water Project and we all know that Ian is always around the world, saving the world every day, so I was influenced by them. I found my own charity, Operation Smile, and I support their charities and they support mine.” Aww! How sweet is that? As though that doesn’t already inspire us to start performing more kind deeds on a day to day basis, it’s nice to know that the proceeds from the CMH event will go towards benefiting children — specifically by funding after school programs to at-risk kids teaching the importance of giving back. Now that said, check out photos of Kat, Michael, and Kayla (and the handsome Corbin Bleu!) attending the fundraiser below
