I think Elena confession will be either that she likes the blood or that she doesn't want a vampire cure. I don't think it will be anything about Damon. But, then again my thoughts are usually wrong.....

Thats what i am thinking. Maybe her mistake leads to a delena scene and that is what she confesses or she kills someone n admits she liked it

Given how she was in the past episode, maybe so. She was obviously enjoying the feeding but 'straightened' up and said she hated it to Bonnie/Stefan so if she finally comes clean that she was enjoying it, that could be the 'confession'.

Why is Elena so fake? This is getting old...really old. It's so frustrating. It's like Elena can't be herself because she is so worried about what others think (mainly her friends).

Ever since I heard about the personal confession I kind of figured it wouldn't have much to do about Damon this early on in the season. Especially now that we only have one more episode to 4x06 and 4x05 is mostly about planning and rescuing than DE/SE drama. Unless something big happens to happen with DE but I doubt it.
We know Elena can only feed from the vein so it's not like she'll be switching to bloodbags/animal diet.
Maybe Matt happens to not be around or she's scared of hurting him again so she tries out the snatch, eat, erase on a random person but loses control and kills them. So the confession could likely be about that.

I'll be happy if she screws up on Stefan's watch and not Damon's but it's bound to happen. They keep talking about it.

Elena needs to let the peer pressure thing go and enjoy what she wants to enjoy without letting what others enjoy/hate impacting her enjoyment.
Really, at this point, it just makes her look like a bad person when Damon is genuinely standing by her but she throws him under the bus every time she gets 'caught'.

the terrible mistake could be her trying to commit suicide.

Professor Shane is looking shadier each episode. Also why is there simply math calculations on his board? Isn't he a college professor?

So I just wanted to state that the text Stefan sent Caroline said this:
I lost Elena, We need Jeremy to kill a vampire to become a hunter I will turn someone if I have to
Get an answer quick

So Stefan was going to turn some random joe/jane? Klaus sacrificed a Hybrid although he's been trying to keep them in supply but I guess the importance of Elena & Jeremy being a Hunter now outweighed that. Jeremy was willing to do it and if Stefan & Co. hadn't let her escape, Klaus would have kept her on lockdown where she couldn't kill herself and Jeremy could have done a 'legit' kill (a Vampire in another town that was leaving bodies or something).
Klaus was showing shades of his sister this episode with falling for Caroline but that was done away with somewhat but he's getting something out of it: a date. I love how this distraction/ruse they were playing on Klaus with Tyler & Caroline breaking up blew back on them cause now Tyler is pissed that she even agreed to the date and that Caroline threw one of Tyler's friends literally under the bus. She tried to cut in that 'they' (the gang) were his friends but probably doesn't understand that Tyler with the Wolf aspect still being part of him, has an outside set of friends/family in a pack. Want to see where this goes cause it wasn't Klaus pulling the strings like I expected but more the gang trying to do so and screwing it up royally.
