You know it sucks and I'm sad to say goodbye but I am ready for Hunger Games. HG to me were better books and I really love Peta. I'm so excited to see the last two into a film. Catching Fire was my favorite book.
Twilight was special. It was special because of how indie it was. I really loved Twilight and the soundtrack. I just really loved the darkness of New Moon although it was my least favorite book. Not enough Edward!

I was always team jacob so i loved New moon but my favorite book was Eclipse because the interactions between edward and jacob etc I loved Hunger Games. Another series im looking forward to seeing. Im excited for Catching Fire. Its tough to say which one was my favorite book. I would have to say Catching Fire I think. I read the books like twice and I read twilight like 3 times the whole series lol i will always love the twilight books because they brought me back into the love of reading <3 another series im looking forward to is The Mortal Instruments. I never read Mortal. I saw the preview. Looks decent! I read the series after Twilight came out. I actually never saw Twilight in the movies. My first midnight premiere was New Moon. I was not at all Team Jacob. HAHA I just couldn't rationale why she should be with him. I heard Tyler Posey tried out for Jacob. I think he is cuter than Tyler. Maybe I would have appreciated the shirtless scenes a lot more. lol
I seriously thought there couldn't be any man more perfect thatn Edward Cullen until I met peeta mellark. Josh is not my cup of tea but I still love how he plays Peeta and it was never about looks to me with Peeta. I think Gale was described to be more attractive than Peeta anyway. But Peeta just stole my heart.
I read Twilight and Hunger Games too many times to count. I'm a heavy reader. I just keep re-reading them if I see them sitting there. LOL But my favorite books are about English Society in the 1800's. Jane Austen type stories written in today's language so it's easier to read. =)

The rest of the movies were never Midnight for me I would always see it the same weekend (Maybe one of them was midnight but i dont remember which one) I loved How taylor lautner played Jacob I just fell in love with the jacob in the books so yea. I was pissed when Edward just left bella in new moon so i was vulnerable lol haha The hunger games I love peeta but i was always team Gale. That book just made me kind of sad towards the end of it. For everything Katniss had to go through I am more of a supernatural loveer when it comes to books. Books like Mortal, Witch and Wizard, I am number 4, Twilight etc =) but im always open to other books as well

I can't stand Edward in the books, he got on my nerves. I loved Jake in the books. In the movies, I love them both, but Emmett will always have my heart. I was not a fan of Twilight when it first came out. Actually I wasn't fan of the first movie until 2 years later when I heard Catherine Hardwicke talk about all the different things that went into making the movie and getting to see different locations they filmed. Seeing all these book series I love so much get turned into movies makes me so happy. When we all first learned that Jamie Campbell Bower was going to play Jace in TMI I was on the fence, but after seeing the preview I was sold. I always knew he could pull off the attitude, but I wasn't sure about him looking the part. He definitely does.

Gosh we are total opposites when it comes to ships huh? LOL haha TOTALLY which is weird because you would think someone who likes Edward would like Stefan and would Like Gale because they were first in the love triangle We are just hot messes its ok to be on the opposite sides good for healthy debates ;p even though i was happy with Katniss and Peeta. They went through so much that no one could really comprehend on their level so yea And I was also happy at the end with Bella and Edward I knew she would never leave him in the end

I think with me I think more on the terms of who I think is someones true love. Like in Dawson's Creek Dawson was first in Joey's life but I loved Pacey and Joey. They were true love. Same in Veronica Mars with veronica and Logan. They were in the triangle second too. I always thought Edward was Bella's true love. If Jake was Bella would have been with him in New Moon. Also with Hunger Games, Gale to me was always just a friendship/crush. What gale did at the end of the book or didn't do for her at the end of the book solidified that for me.
With Damon I just think he is Elena's true love. I just posted a video in the DE thread and it's 121 reasons to Ship DE. I know you are an SE now but at point you were a non shipper. You should go watch it. I swear it's perfect and it's exactly how I feel.

Ugh.... I love K.Stew. I know many people cant stand her but I just love the girl. I do. I will admit it I'm a OUT of the CLOSET Kristen Stewart LOVER! I just cant ever hate on her. I just love her.... Anyway that being said there were time I wanted to slap Bella out of her during the films. I wont lie. But New Moon and Breaking Dawn pt 2 were my favorite films. My favorite book was Eclipse. Slash... breaking dawn pt 1 is slow! But it's for the book lovers. If your not a true Twilight fan you wont appreciate Breaking Dawn part 1. You just wont understand the hype. It centers around the wedding which is a big deal to us fans, the honeymoon and baby. My husband is just a movie fan and he hated BD pt 1 because he just didn't understand it's importance to the book. They had to split the films. But part 2 is better! I really loved this film. The sparkles never bothered me. I just really didn't care about that aspect. It was a non factor to me. But the whole ripping them apart and setting them on fire was always kinda gross to me. The way they break like glass is interesting. There are certain actors that just annoy me and I try to avoid and KS is one of them (Michael Cera is another, then there is Will Ferrell, etc.). I will sit there and mull watching a movie if they're in it and it hurts the chances if they're the lead. I'm also a victim of the "What?" syndrome when it comes to the whole 'supernatural' triangle thing and all the interest in the lead female but that's my own personal tastes in the mix and I'm not exactly <insert character> so I can't say I share the same interests as them towards <lead female>. KS/Bella? Don't see the appeal/hoopla about her. Looks? Meh. Attitude/personality from what I saw in the first 3? Holy ****! Ashley Greene's character? Yes please! The other blonde Vampire with the attitude that hated Bella? Sure. But Bella/KS? C'mon. I guess in my mind, it registers as a miscast Same thing with Sookie in True Blood. When you have someone like Jessica in the mix, I end up looking elsewhere other than the lead female and think to myself that <supporting character/other actress> would have made the interest in the lead believable if she was cast as them or if her character was the lead. I do wonder though if some of these lead characters are supposed to be likable though cause I find so many of them annoying/borderline stupid. TVD is more lax for me on that but it's the personalities that come into play them. Elena, Caroline and Bonnie? Shut up and/or get off your high horse. I find Katherine more enjoyable compared to Elena (being played by the same person), I loved Rose (thinking to myself why Damon didn't stick with this keeper but then I remember him poking the Wolf did Rose in), I love Bekah, Lexi's short time was interesting and so on. It's just everyone else seems more interesting to me or doesn't grate on my nerves but I guess for most of them, it's due to their limited exposure. Teen Wolf (Allison & Lydia) & Lost Girl (Bo & Kenzi) doesn't really suffer from this surprisingly. I think it may be the media transition from book to TV/movie that makes the characters jump out the window for me. Elena wasn't exactly annoying in the books but I know they changed up so much from that medium with the transition. In the show, I find her pretty much unbearable in most regards. Same with Bonnie who was very much likable in the books but I can't stand her in the show. Caroline was at odds in the books from where I read but I liked her in S1-S2 but she's over the cliff now. I'll take you're husband's word for it and probably skip out them or wait for a weekend/day that I'm so bored, watching Pt. 1 would be an improvement to my day... The sparkling/diamond thing just doesn't hit on anything for me. It should be a non-factor but it's so freaking random to me that it's more of an annoyance/just outright laughable that it's even there. I think Vampires are near indestructible too in Twilight =\ I like everything else about them in the series (they don't sleep, some gain some special ability after turning like foresight and such) but the whole diamond/sparkling thing and being indestructible kills any goodwill really.

When we all first learned that Jamie Campbell Bower was going to play Jace in TMI I was on the fence, but after seeing the preview I was sold. I always knew he could pull off the attitude, but I wasn't sure about him looking the part. He definitely does. Everyone is trying to find something now to be on the level of the Twilight/Hunger Games success. Studios are buying the movie rights now to books, some before they're even released or only have 1 book in the series out. I really would like to see the Mercy Thompson series make the jump next (not sure if I'd prefer it as a series of movies or as a TV series; this is the series that got me back heavily into reading and with the urban fantasy/supernatural genre no less) but I'm not sure how high up that'd be since Vampires are the 'In' supe (I'm more of a Werewolf guy) and I think Witches to a degree seem to be pulling up behind them lately. I was also kind of on the fence about Jace's casting in MI but seeing the trailer destroyed any doubt I had. From what little was shown, he seemed to 'fit'. Also, anyone read the book 'Beautiful Creatures' from the 'Caster Chronicles' series (Wiki says there are to be 4 books, BC is the first)? I saw a trailer for the movie adaptation and it seems interesting. Read a synopsis for the book and it's from the male's POV which I've actually been looking more for in the genre so I'm thinking of giving it a shot. Doesn't seem to have a triangle either from the entry for the 1st book which is a bonus.

I haven't read that book since about 3 or 4 months after the release, but I enjoyed it. I had a bit of trouble really staying in the story because to me you could tell it changed from one author to the other. So it just threw me off at times. I believe that they now have 3 books out, but I haven't gotten the others in the series yet. I plan to read them before the movie comes out.

I didn't care for Breaking Dawn Part 2 or any of the movies, but I absolutely loved the books. I just can't stand Kristen and Robert, both are horrible actors IMO. The little girl who played Renesme ( can't think of her name) was a hundred times better actress than them two.

Girl tell me you wasnt screaming at the screen like THAT DIDNT HAPPEN IN THE BOOKS OMG OMG LOL I just saw it yesterday with my bro and cousin and I didn't even catch the twist. I thought they were really just going for that alternate scenario ---> When Aro and Carlisle jumped at each other and Carlisle fell to the floor. My cousin was like, 'Don't tell me his head is off.' Then I was all like, 'Nah they wouldn't do that. It didn't happen in the books.' But when I saw Carlisle's head I was about to do an intervention in the theater! <---

Yeah I was wondering how the fight would initiate. At first I thought it'd be Irena's death but all hell broke lose when Carlisle died! I really liked how they incorporated the fight though. I don't remember if Alice did show Aro something in the books that made them not fight, but I do remember Edward sort of describes how the fight would have been with Alec and his powers and all that. It's just awesome that they decided to show us instead of have Edward tell us
