How Steleners and BDs could ever think their ships held a candle to this and would ever see the light of day after this is beyond me...I think about how many times Elena said 'maybe' to Stefan about their future compared to how sure she was about Damon to the point that she persued him relentlessly to convince him he was her one and only, or the fact that BD never got beyond the word 'friend' EVER and yet these fans still think they have anything to hope for. It's so delusional and this video highlights why perfectly. This is love, my friends. This is Elena, madly, deeply in love with Damon, the one thing that Damon never had in his life and finally got. There is no way either of them are going anywhere.

How Steleners and BDs could ever think their ships held a candle to this and would ever see the light of day after this is beyond me...I think about how many times Elena said 'maybe' to Stefan about their future compared to how sure she was about Damon to the point that she persued him relentlessly to convince him he was her one and only, or the fact that BD never got beyond the word 'friend' EVER and yet these fans still think they have anything to hope for. It's so delusional and this video highlights why perfectly. This is love, my friends. This is Elena, madly, deeply in love with Damon, the one thing that Damon never had in his life and finally got. There is no way either of them are going anywhere. Wow this video pairs nicely with the other Damon & Elena Silhouette [+7x22] video. It's like a perfect mirror/parallel of how both Damon and Elena feel so deeply and in love with one another. No other pairing in this show has even an ounce of the amazing storytelling of their love like Damon and Elena. So many things have been foreshadowed, paralleled, and come full circle. They've beaten so many odds stacked against them. Both this video and the other one featuring Damon show that there is no one else but each other. It feels like all this relationship has ever been is tragic and not being able to be together for long before the plot does something to keep them apart or tell them how they're not meant to be together, so I do not want to see this all come to a tragic end and I hope JP doesn't pull some stunt like that at the end with Damon dying or Elena never waking up or worst JP pulling some Salvatore brother ending where she makes them leave everything behind. Damon and Elena both deserve a reunion at the end of the series where they can finally be together and happy for once. |

I think Damon and Enzo are going to be bad for quite sometime (most of the season), until a spell or loophole miraculously appears that will wake Elena and he drinks her cure laced blood which turns him human and rids him of whatever it is that is possessing him. I'm also speculating that as they pointed out in S6 Damon will be a target with the cure running through his veins so DE will go into hiding to live out their HEA which solves the problem of Ian leaving and gives Nina the closure she wanted for her character before leaving again. Enzo will probably die at the hands of Matt Donovan (because Enzo attacks him or something), and he decides to leave MF for good taking a heartbroken Bonnie with him which solves the problem of KG resigning too. Ta Da ! |

Season 6 was beautifully bittersweet and this video was heartbreakingly gorgeous. I agree @doppelganger . How BDers or SEers could ever hope to compare is beyond me because they don't even come close. DE has suffered it's fair share of writing inconsistencies but overall this story has been told very well and has spanned the complete series arc to date.......a whole 7 seasons!!!! Just WOW!. I believe DE will get their happy ending (see my post above), and Defan will get the closure that has been building for a while........Stefan needing to let Damon go after some heartfelt speeches and brother hugs, After all PW is staying on the show as far as we know (if it doesn't get cancelled completely). |
