Yeah sometimes I can't sleep. Insomnia is part of my illness (hyperthyroidism) and I can get by on like 3-4 hours of sleep for days on end and not even be tired.  That's a benefit of it. I get alot more done! |

Got my corned beef cooking, too. It's smelling mighty good. Happy St. Patrick's Day, peeps. One of these years I'm going to go hang out in Savannah, GA where I have friends who left and came here because it gets crazy there for St. Patrick's Day, turning the river green and all that. They have a huge celebration. I imagine part of NYC are like that, too. Savannah is so old though, that I can't imagine it being anything but a madhouse. The city normally has only around 150,000 residents. During St. Patrick's Day over a million people show up. The streets were designed so long ago that parking is horrible even on a good day. It was established in 1733 and was the capitol of Georgia back then being a port city but man it shows in the lack of planning and narrow roads. There were many fights over control of this city during the Civil War because it is a port. Oh and let's not forget the ghosts of Savannah. They like to party, too! You know how in the TVD books they were on ley lines (spiritual power lines) and that's why the supernatural went to that particular spot? Well Savannah is as well and they like to boast about it! They have ghost tours there because they have so many ghost sightings.  I wonder where the vampires are? But then I guess you never do see them until it's too late for you.  There's my random city history for the day for you. Someone tell me something I don't know, please. It's your turn! |

Since I've been watching eps of Glee, the last episode I finished had Rachel singing, 'Don't Rain on My Parade'.
It's stuck in my head, I've been singing it all morning lol
Though I've been cycling through that and two other songs:
Michael Jackson's, "Human Nature" and The Wanted's, "Glad You Came".

Yesss I actually started watching the first three season of glee on netflix and i was kind of hooked with the song Rachael did. She did an awesome job with it. =)

ROFL Those are my Halloween wigs I have not found a place for them yet. So they just kind of sit on the dresser along with the eyelashes.
