Ian and Animals - Because he loves them all!

Dopple it is not hate, and you know this, I'm the one supporting Ian in any choice that he makes. However, as you will have noticed, I do not get involved in his love life, I did it with Nina, and I'm not going down that road again. I pointed out in his love life thread which you read, that if things do not work out between him and Nikki, I know that he will be with someone else, and I will support him in that relationhsip as well, I will not be hating on any female that Ian choses to have in his life. So I cannot see why you would come to that conclusion with Nikki, when all I pointed out was what she is doing is not different to Maggie Grace or Nina, and I expect it to be the same with any future relationship choices on Ian's part. That was in reply to the slant of your post.


So I don't understand why you brought Nikki into things. Just because I stated that the first name given, tends to be the one that sticks. There was nothing wrong with saying that....... If another name is chosen, then that is okay, since it is not an issue. A Kitten is saved from an uncertain future and that should have been the only concern. I kept my post within the guidelines of Ian and his pets, so the slant of your next post took me by surprise, hense my response to you. My experience is........99% of rescued animals tend to keep the name they were first given. which is why I stated that the first name given tends to be the one that sticks, I'm trying to work out for the life of me, why this caused you offence.

I was just pointing out what Ian said. I think we have to at least attempt to find out something about Nikki since he is now dating her and if we care about Ian then he deserves at least that much instead of the blind hate she has gotten. I'm not saying you hate her at all. It wasn't a comment directed right at you or anything and I know you've not said that and you don't support people being hateful to her so yeah it wasn't about you specifically. Sorry if it seemed that way. But I also wanted to point out that her 'activism' with animals did not happen just because she's dating Ian. She was like this before. I did do some research on her to see who she is and she seems like a very nice person with a lot in common with Ian. So she seems like a pretty good match for him on that front.  I loved Maggie Grace, too, but I think she shot down a second chance with Ian.  I think she may have been the girl who told him no that he talked about this last summer.  For whatever reason I guess they just aren't meant to be together.
