Okay peeps...one more day to go. In anticipation of some serious Delena action I have decided it is time to really get the bomb shelter ready for the onslaught. Remember, this thing is 69 levels deep. Plenty of room for everyone.  Follow the signs.  Plans for each level.  Supplies!  H2O  Please add your contributions. We must be prepared!  |

So here is my tumblr post about all of the DE hate!!!
MY MINI RANT FOR THE HATE
So here I go…. People are all up in arms about the DE kiss calling Elena and Damon every name in the book. You know what that is ridiculous! How can you look at everything that has happened and be disgusted? Stefan has pushed these two together time and time again!
First lets start with this… Stefan was attracted even mesmerized first with Elena before he knew her why? Because she looked like Kat! Why wouldn’t Damon have that same automatic reaction to Elena that Stefan had. Only difference is Stefan laid eyes on her first! Had Damon, Stefan would have felt the same as Damon.
Second in episode Rose Stefan used Damon’s feelings for Elena to get Damon to save Elena. So Stefan knowing how his brother felt used and manipulated those feelings to save his GF!
Third Stefan has asked Damon time and time to be a part of saving Elena save the world! He has pulled him into their problems and I know Damon would have done it without Stefan but Stefan knew Damon cared and he still asked Damon time and time again!
Fourthly Stefan told Damon to take Elena back to Mystic Falls (3x2) and keep her there forcing the two of them into this savior and save me type of relationship. Damon was her protector and Stefan needed him to be. Stefan knew Damon loved her and even that Elena cared for him yet, still knowing he could maybe never come home forced the two together once again under horrific circumstance with only each other to lean on.
Fifthly Stefan saving Damon’s life is not on Damon. Don’t get me wrong he feels guilty anyone would but just because someone saves your life doesn’t make you automatically a victim to them. Damon is free to love anyone and so is Elena! Especially if the person they feel guilty about basically told them to leave together and stay together away from him forever because at this point Stefan didn’t even think he would EVER COME HOME!
Six Stefan told Elena in this past episode he didn’t care if HER BROTHER GOT KILLED! He said it’s not MY PROBLEM! What loyalties does she have to him now? Who protected her brother? Damon!!! He compelled him at her request! He was there at the end of the day to keep Jer safe! Why should she back down her feelings to the guy who is there with her not trying to get revenge!
Seventh…speaking of revenge. Stefan says Klaus took everything from him? Well he is keeping everything away from him by doing this. He is keeping Elena away from him by literally telling her he could care less if her brother died. He is not compelled! He is so revenge stricken at this point I doubt he would care that they kissed and if he did he would have to be one selfish dude to think he can throw these two together time and time again knowing their histories, knowing the stressful circumstances that they both have in common and share and think for one moment that this DE thing is anything less than a magnetic field. Like two candles forged into one!
Eight… the triangle is destiny! Stefan, Damon and Elena were all meant to meet and all meant to love. Elena is nothing like Katherine. Kat toyed and played mind games! These boys were destined to be vamps and destined to meet the doppelganger. Kat was a means to that end! Elena does not belong to Stefan because he saw her first! Had it been Damon it would have been the same with Stefan! These boys are connected to Elena by forces greater than just boy meets girl. Boy falls in love with girl! Please don’t cheapen this amazing story LJ and Julie/Kevin have tried to tell!
Ninth…. I have sat for two seasons and watched gushy love scenes even love making between SE patiently waiting for my DE. Now DE is happening and it’s SE’s turn to sit and patiently wait for DE to take it’s turn! It’s a TRIANGLE SHOW! You knew this when you signed up for it. You may not like it and you may be royally pissed but don’t hate the show, characters or writers for watching a show you KNEW WOULD GO THERE!

^^^ Sorry you have to deal with hate on Tumlr. Fortunately for me I don't because I only follow DE blogs. Trust me I woul love to follow all TVD fans but I can't deal with the drama when episodes like this air. I can't deal with the negativity or the hate, so it's best to ignore it at all cost.

Trust me I woul love to follow all TVD fans but I can't deal with the drama when episodes like this air. I can't deal with the negativity or the hate, so it's best to ignore it at all cost. Ya it's on Twitter too! It's just annoying. I like our SE's here. they don't drive me crazy with negativity so if one of them happens across this I want them to know this post had nothing to do with them! I just had to get some stuff out. I also don't think it's a bad thing that I feel Stefan has pushed them together I just find it to be the truth! I don't blame Stefan he is just a part of it all like they are. |

Elena has the right to do whatever she wants after Stefan completely disregarded the life of her brother ( the only family member she has left) forcing her to send him away. She owes Stefan nothing else, and is free to get it on with Damon as much as it pleases her!  |
