hi, so I saw someone on the damon stan club speculating that the scene joshua butler posted pics from of elena and damon holding hands is basically damon letting elena go, and that there will be a rain kiss between damon and bonnie when she gets back, they said it’s the best way to do this because it will be very emotional and this is the right time, do you think this is true?
Someone on the Damon stan club saying this theory? More like someone who just suddenly decided to stan Damon this season because they see an opportunity to put him with Bonnie and it gets him out of the way. As you mentioned it's kind of easy to pick out who's just an SE shipper in disguise and wants Damon out of the way of Elena.

Bonnie can't have him because he's already taken....in the end Damon loves Elena with an intensity that is unmatched as witnessed by tonight's episode and yes Bonnie recognizes that Damon is reliable FINALLY and that she can trust him to try to get her back but in the end he belongs to Elena. I think because he does have this new connection to Bonnie that will spark Elena to dig deeper and harder into her lost memories to try to regain what she's lost and I think any Bamon will be to further that development of Delena because I am more sure than I've ever been that Delena is end game for this show.

OK - the Bamonites have gone off the rocker again! I don't know whether to laugh or turn off the computer. I mean, this whole Mr. Cuddles thing has been taken to a whole new level. Here's my take - um...he was drunk! Hahaha. That and he now has a better friendship with Bonnie because of being in the AU. It's a friendship people! And of course he's surprised and happy that she is alive because the last time he saw her, she was nearly dead from an arrow wound and he didn't have time to heal her. Not to mention, she was stuck there with Kai and I'm sure Damon felt some guilt from not being able to get her out of there with him - hence he was worried about what Kai would do in retaliation. They are just friends! I would be happy to see him be nicer to her when she makes it back and share a few inside jokes now and again (vampire pancakes) but that's the extent of it. Nothing romantic please! Delena is endgame and that's that.  |

I had a feeling that last bear scene with Damon would be blown out of proportion. BDs probably think that last scene with Delena means its over and now that he knows Bonnie's alive he's the happiest he's ever been since his return and now is the start of his wavering feelings for Elena and love for Bonnie to blossom because apparently the writers love simple and uncomplicated relationships and Bamon will get together with no drama whatsoever.
Oh and Jeremy doesn't exist anymore. Damon is the only man allowed to care and save Bonnie. Jeremy just needs to take a hike, he doesn't really care for her anyways. But really its funny when BDs complain about no one caring for Bonnie'svwellbeing or missing her, yet here's Jeremy doing all the above but BDs brush that aside cause they rather that be Damon.
I'm getting a bit tired of all the BD fanservice bait, especially when it's going to lead to nowhere. It's obvious it's fanbait because these BD scenes always come right after something with DE. And they'll probably say that this is Damon seeking comfort from Bonnie because Elena doesn't offer it anymore. But yes when Bonnie comes back she willl totalky steal the man that her best friend sees forever with.

Yeah, that doesn't seem realistic to me. |

Bamon had their chance to show me that there was something there and I saw nothing! As much as I like Kat as a person I just see nothing between them, no spark at all! I think maybe because they are best friends irl and there is nothing romantic between them it carries over into their working relationship. I can't explain it otherwise.
Furthermore, Elena is the reason that Damon is no longer an uncaring killer. She is the one who saw through him to the person inside and drew him out. That is why I am a Delena fan and will always be a Delena fan even when I am irritated with Elena. She helped bring Damon back to life, back to the person he used to be. She gave him hope and a purpose and a reason to live and a reason to love and to care about the people around him. There is no way I want to see what she did, be to the benefit of anyone else on this show. She makes lots of mistakes with him but so does he. They are perfect in their imperfection together.

I really wish the spoilers would quit being about Bamon cause who cares? I don't even waste my time to post them! Even the number of times people talk about them has gone down substantially probably because at least half of those times were people like me complaining how they don't want to see it! It's not a popular pairing. It never has been and just because Ian may want to not have to kiss his ex doesn't make it popular now either. They just need to drop it. They tried. It failed...move on! The ratings have increased slightly since Damon is back with Elena and not stuck with Bonnie. That should clue them in that people weren't excited about that storyline at all.

Requoting the same things over and over again is not the same thing as many people saying what you want to hear. It's just you inventing what you want to hear and saying it over and over. But I guess that's what you have to do if you ship something that doesn't exist.

He's not the producer or writers of the show and from their standpoint they haven't sounded so positive about any future Bamon. They'll never say never, but they haven't said absolutely either. |

You know I like this girl but she's a Bamon and as much as I would set her straight on Twitter I don't think it's right to call her out publically but c'mon? Damon owns her? Oh, so does he own Matt and Caroline and Tyler and Alaric as well because he has saved all their lives. He has made himself personally responsible for their safety multiple times despite the fact that he implies he doesn't care about any of them. He cares about ALL of them, not just Bonnie...
