I can say repetitive...now the kid can't die for certain so he's just dead weight. Elena will never let him do anything risky ever again.

There was nothing like Team Badass...I just loved them from that first time when they rescued Stefan from the tomb vampires and Damon was still not completely sure he wasn't going to stake his ass instead of helping him. Maybe I'll rewatch that.

To the time Damon had to remind him he'd said, "Let's not kill anyone." lol God I loved that...and I swear Evilaric was holding off on killing Damon in 3x22.

I adore Team Badass...they have the best relationship...& the early days where they're just discovering their badass-ness is funny! Damon's totally unsure of Ric but wants to be completely able to trust him I think...he's just majorly unsure & that makes me laugh cos Damon's normally so cocky...

& the "sorry I killed you...twice" scene makes me sob every time :0( love that Damon sat with Ric while he died drinking Bourbon...it made me think "oh no, what's Damon truly going to do without Ric?" he lost his ultimate best friend right there &&& then the cuddles when they're reunited in S4 cos the veil is up ~ ohhh too many feels!!!

Ahhh...here we go...right at the end where Alaric stakes the last one and Damon looks at him for a long time as if he wasn't sure if Alaric was really on his side until just then cause Alaric could have let him get overpowered by those vampires.

It was like one of the best developed stories and relationships on the show, sadly. I mean it was just so unlikely. Damon had killed his wife! He then killed Alaric and sat there and watched him bleed out. And yet they still found common ground and more than that, they found they needed each other and relied on each other. JP loved Dalaric, she said, and it showed.

I wish Matt Davis had realized how loved his character was even if he wasn't one of the main characters and I wish the show had been able to give him a little more airtime because there'd have been more Team Badass then!

Oh and we need more badass fights like that one, too! I want to see Damon kick ass and take names some more. He can't do it with Jeremy and I don't want to see him do it with Jeremy even though I'm worried that's the direction they'll try to go putting a block between Delena over it.

I love Matt Davis! He was incredibly loved by the TVD family...
Yeah Ric & Damon should've never really been mates but they turned into the best of mates who relied on each other a lot...my heart broke when I didn't know what Damon was gonna do without Ric, like genuinely broke! I'm still not over Ric's death scene to this day...
