 At first they said Claire Holt was up for the main role. I think she'd have done great. My two favourite dc heroes are Nightwing and Supergirl so i am hyped for this show though they are airing it same day + time as gotham. That'll kill either this or gotham and thats not smart. Also CBS said they are likely to say NO crossovers with flash or arrow till year 2 or more which makes me sad. However I love the character , love that suit and hope this show does well. |

I quite enjoyed it as well. Definitely more on the lighter side of things, which is nice for a change. I'm definitely going to continue watching for now.

I enjoyed the first couple of episodes as well (actually I didn't finish the second part of the episode last night so I'll have to watch that). It is very light hearted and I love the actors - like Calista Flockhart, that are bringing the energy to the show. So far so good. I'll see where it goes from here, I suspect it will get more substance, but if not, I may have to drop this one cause there are waaay to many new shows this fall and it's tough to keep up, lol. I can't watch everything! The good thing for this show is the time slot because there isn't anything else I watch on Monday at 8pm.  |

The good thing for this show is the time slot because there isn't anything else I watch on Monday at 8pm. That's why i'm glad we watch get it after you (thursdays in uk) and I have DVR LOL Mondays 8pm eastern time in usa is my WWE Raw. If i had to choose btween supergirl + WWE i'd be sad lol |

But I did think it was good. Maybe I'll binge watch at the end of the season. Yes Dean Cain , He plays supergirl's earth dad as a Lois & Clark fan I cheered lol. Just like her earth mother played Supergirl in the movie. One of the reasons I love this show as little fan service things like that. |
