So guys! It's gonna get intense for our Stefan! Looks like he's gonna be all alone on the war/revenge path! www.wetpaint.com/the-vampire-diaries/articles/vampire-diaries-spoilers-for-season-3-episode-11-our-town-a-massive-episode-for-stefan-and-elenaSo basically Stefan is free from Klaus but his humanity is not back on yet so all he cares about is getting even with his former friend/partner in crime Klaus. Klaus is gonna mess around to put Stefan on edge again, by turning everyone in town against him and i guess the SE gut-wrenching scene we keep hearing about for days will be Elena turning his back against him, telling him he betrayed them all by saving Klaus blablabla and Stefan won't tell anything.  At this point he doesn't care at all about Elena or his brother knowing the truth. Remember what he said to Katherine in the car when she said that Damon didn't know at all what went wrong, he said Damon didn't need to know. He's way too far on the ripper path to care for now and honestly i don't mind him being alone for a while since everyone will be mistaken. Apparently the bros will fight again, and i hope Stefan will kick Damon's ass this time.   I think the truth will come out just before DE goes too far.  And then we'll have "OMG all this time he was protecting us!!" I swear i want this to happen and i want them to feel bad!!! Then maybe they're gonna be worthy of our Stef.  ;D  I'm obsessed with this and what's gonna happen when the truth comes out. And i hope for my sake that it's not gonna be on the last episode of the season!!  What do you guys think?? |

I am all for rebel Stefan. I understand Damon/Elena's anger, but I'm guessing they are going to jump to conclusions & blame Stefan. Oh, I would love if Stefan finally gave it to Damon. To me, it's been a long time coming. I just hope they show us Damon and Elena being remorseful after everything comes out. I understand Stefan’s character. He’s an incredibly complex character, more then anyone on this show IMO. Stefan is a character that lives in a world of guilt, torture, and remorse, but motivated by love, humanity and compassion. Stefan has the weight and often carries the weight of the world on his shoulders. He feels that everything bad that has happened, especially in regards to Damon, is all of his fault.Stefan has been incredibly guilt ridden for the past century and a half and he has been carrying this guilt and angst with him for the longest time. And you know what? Stefan hasn’t managed to let it go! Stefan blames himself for things that are not even his fault. Even when Damon told him back in season one, that he [Damon] owns his own actions and is responsible for them, it didn’t relieve Stefan of his century long guilt.
Stefan blames himself constantly and feels guilty over many different things. He feels guilty for following his father blindly. He feels guilty for taking his father’s side over Damon’s and believing in his father even though he shouldn’t have. He feels guilty for letting Katherine come between him and Damon. He feels guilty and extremely tormented over his daddy issues, being Giuseppe’s blind, loyal soldier. He feels guilty for betraying Damon by letting his father know about and capturing Katherine. He feels guilty for being a disappointment of a son to his father. He feels guilty for killing his father accidentally in self defence when he tried to attack him with a wooden stake. He feels guilty for drinking his father’s blood, helping him his full transition into a vampire, a thing that he was raised to hate (by his father). He feels guilty for his days as a Ripper and claiming innocent human lives. He feels guilty for forcing Damon to change into a vampire, simply because he couldn’t live without his brother at all and he just needed him by his side no matter what, even if it was for an eternity. He feels guilty for feeling that he [Stefan] destroyed Damon’s life by taking away his humanity and his sense of humanity. He feels responsible for all of Damon’s actions, because Stefan feels that because of him, he unleashed a monster onto the world, and that monster has managed to destroy so many innocent lives. Stefan feels guilty not over Damon and himself, but he feels guilty over Elena too! He blames himself and feels responsible for everything bad that is happening to Elena, all of the life changing events which have occurred in her life, since he save her life and came into life. Stefan, deep down, feels that he has destroyed Elena’s life for the worst by coming into her life, and not only that,m ultimately saving her life from the car accident that killed Elena’s parents. Deep down, Stefan blames himself because he feels that if he didn’t save Elena’s life from the accident, then none of the bad and awful events happening to Elena in the recent past and in the present would be happening to her (i.e. her family members dying, finding out about her identity and family background, being a doppelgänger, being Damon into her life to torment her and her loved ones, etc). STEFAN BLAMES HIMSELF FOR EVERYTHING AND HE FEELS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING BAD THAT HAS HAPPENED TO THOSE HE CARES ABOUT. This is Stefan’s character and this is who he is. Stefan blames himself for things that aren’t even his fault or things that he has absolutely no control over. Not only does Stefan wallow in so much extreme guilt, but for the longest time, he has serious self loathing issues. He couldn’t come to accept what he was, which was a monster. He was this innocent young and fragile being with a tortured mind and a tortured soul and he was just put into unexpectedly horrible circumstances. This is a young man, who has spent over a century, with this internal war and struggle taking place inside of him. The goodness a d purity of his heart soul vs. his monstrous, vampire nature. Which side would win for Stefan? His good, pure heart or his beastly, vampire nature? Stefan has been struggling with this sense of identity for over a century. This is what makes Stefan so incredibly multi-faceted, complex and so incredibly layered. That memory wall with the list of all his victims names in his old Chicago apartment during the 1920’s, Klaus likes to say that Stefan wrote down all of his victims names because he simply enjoyed the haunt. Well, in my opinion, Stefan wrote all of his victims names to remember them, because of what else? None other then guilt and remorse. Stefan felt an immense and extreme amount of guilt after taking an innocent human life and I believe that Stefan writing down his victims names was a way to honour their memory, out of pure guilt and remorse. Stefan is not a sociopath, no matter how many people he’s killed. Why? STEFAN SALVATORE FEELS EXTREME GUILT AND REMORSE AND HE ALWAYS HAS. He understand the consequences of his actions and he comprehends the actual difference between right and wrong. IMO, Stefan’s BIGGEST fault is his tendency to be extremely guilt ridden. He literally carries the weight of the world on his shoulders.

I read this and I'm not liking anything there.... Epic kiss??who??? Delena? I refuse to call anything between them epic, and if the writers are calling that kiss epic, it'll be a huge disappointment for me, because i trust them. A main character leaving MF??? as in dead??? and Damon again? i hope it's not what i imagine they are planning on doing. I can't see any main character leaving MF alive when they say Damon is involved. Above were the worst case scenarios. Now the bad but not worst: Epic kiss?? Who could it be? Forwood? Epic kiss for them? I can't see it with Tyler being sired and the problems they are having right now. It could be if he's the one leaving MF and not as in dead. Matt, maybe leaving because he had enough of all the supernatural going on MF??? Epic kiss??? Beremy??? I highly doubt anything epic can happen between those 2. And the funny one: Epic kiss?  Katherine and Stefan Honestly, with how things are, i can't see any epic kiss happening even with Stelena. Reading spoilers is bad for me. Stefan??? I love rebel Stefan |

He's not black and white, he is complicated and has struggled with himself for years, trying to find a balance, fighting against the blood thirsty monster he doesn't want to be but fears he is more than he'd wish.
