Walking Dead discussion  Ok so I am all caught up on Walking Dead. I just wanted to say I really have a love/hate thing for Shane. |

I dislike Shane. I know it's a much more dangerous world and granted you need to learn to be a bit tougher, but once you stop caring for other people, whats the point?
I give him a pass for the affair, they all thought Rick was dead, but thats about it. He pointed a gun at his best friends back, undermines Rick (maybe he feels his way is right), almost ****d Lori and worst of all shot poor Otis!
Not to mention he should be dead already like in the comics! lol

They do need to toughen up a bit. That is the only reason why I feel he is needed, but he has taken things too far. I do give him a pass on the affair too. The entire second season I have heard Shane talk and talk about how Rick needs to step up and take charge, but as soon as things got tough (Sophie being a zombie) Rick had to be the one to do it. Shane didn't even attempt to raise his gun. That proves to me that Shane can't be the leader he so claims to be. BTW  your signature!!! |

Thank you!! I love yours too!  I am guessing now that Sophie is dead (how sad was that!) they will be moving on, I just see Shane doing a lot of "I told you so's" in the future  |

I really had hope they were going to find her ok. Shane and his "I told you so" can leave/be eaten |

Sometimes whenever there is a problem and the other characters have to struggle to make the "right" decision (the zombies/barn, Randall...) they make Shane do something so the others/Rick end up dealing with the consequences and thus not making the decision. |

I'm going crazy now. Is september coming soon??? I know!! So am I! The first 30 mins of the epi had me on the edge! I hate Lori. Words can't even express how I feel about her right now. Almost want to trade her for Shane. The way she reacted when Rick told her the truth about Shane  Plus she can barely keep up with Carl I did love Rick's speech about them surviving without them. They couldn't. Someone had to make the hard decisions |

I loved Rick's attitude this episode he had to finally put his foot down. They were well most of them were pissed that he didn't tell them about the infection but honestly what difference does it make? you still have to stay alive to survive, once you dead who cares if you come back as a zombie, the whole point is stay alive
and Lori is dumb she can't even keep a proper eye on her freaking kid who always disappears...does it even matter that Shane planned this whole thing to kill Rick. How many times is this guy going to try to kill rick before rick actually had to do something about it.
