Klaus pulls up in his shiny red car, with the top down, wearing sexy sunglasses. He's shirtless, exposing his chest to the blazing hot sun.
Stefan comes out in a tight black speedo.
Klaus whistles at him, "Shake it, baby!" Stefan turns around and jiggles his butt for Klaus before getting into the car. Klaus rests his hand on Stefan's upper thigh before they speed off from the mansion. They pull up to McDonald's and head inside to find some hot chick nuggets to eat. "OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!" Stefan screams as he hops up and down, "IT'S RONALD MCDONALD!!!!!!!!"
Stefan runs quickly over to Ronald and gives him a huge bear hug. Klaus stands back and chuckles as he admires the man that he loves. But when Stefan doesn't let go of Ronald, Klaus starts feeling a bit jealous.
He walks over and decapitates poor Ronald McDonald in front of Stefan.
Stefan is so devastated by this he starts bawling.
"Why did you decapitate Ronald?" he sobbed. Klaus hugs him, "I want to be the only one that Ronalds your Donald." Stefan looked up at him with tears streaming down his face, "Really?" Klaus smiled, "Let me show you," he said as he took Stefan's arm and led him back out to the backseat of the car.
... and they lived happily ever after

Come to think of it, Klaus does a pretty good impression of Ronald McDonald himself when he 'hybrids' out.
