I don't watch TVD for any of the ships. They all pretty much bore me. I did love the idea of Elijah and Elena but I wasn't holding my breath for it to even happen. Then this beautiful scene between Klaus and Caroline happened! OMG I LOVE IT! Who knew that the 2 characters I hated and found annoying would end up being my fave couple. AHHHH I am so excited! I finally have a real potential couple to ship on this show. Super giddy! eeeeeee

Funny road they've traveled. He was going to sacrifice her and now look at them. Probably Klaus' first steps towards loving another woman again in however long now that the family thing is done with. What a wrench in the plans that would be if Klaus cooled down even more by hooking up with Caroline and then they're faced with offing him. I initially thought it was some game he was playing but with the amount of attention he's still putting into her, he's full on serious in pursuing her.

I know, it was a beautiful bracelet. The question is why? I hope he didn't do it just to use her somehow. I mean, it was his idea that Tyler bite her. Was that so he could then do this to 'comfort' her or is there something else going to happen? That's what I'm wondering. I hope he's for real with it because I found it rather sweet, especially coming from Klaus. Honestly, I'd love to see Klaus stick around for a very long time and I don't say that about many characters in this show. Some could disappear and it wouldn't bother me in the least, but Klaus...he's pure gold. I think it may be genuine interest on his part now. I mean, he's got his family back, Stefan is heeled for the time being so what would be the point in keeping up this charade with Caroline since the original purpose we thought it was for is gone and done with? I'm really hoping this is serious for him. Caroline could be the one to get him off this path he's on since he was telling her about the world. He could put the other stuff behind him to show it to her. As for the sacrifice, he had Jules as a backup Wolf and also had Jenna. Who's to say that Caroline & Tyler were nothing more than decoys and he was never really going to use them? What if the Tyler biting her thing was his way of getting Tyler out of the way so he could swoop in? Kind of rough on his part if that's the case but it's Klaus. If this is one of the few times he's actually opening up to someone, take what you can get. He's told Elijah and Bekah about love/relationships and now look at him. |

Okay so before you go saying that there is already a shipper thread for these I'm not saying this is a shipper thread. I simply want to know what everyone thinks about them!  And this brilliant analysis of them that I did not write: "So I’m well aware of how incredibly wrong and ridiculous Klaroline would be. Trust me, I know. And if I could let go of Candice’s ridiculous chemistry with absolutely everyone around her, I would. But it’s not just that. It’s the whole allure of what they mean. It’s forbidden. In every sense of the word, a relationship between these two is the ultimate kiss of death. Caroline would be cast out by all her friends. Her life as she knows it, any piece still around from her human self, would be gone. But she’d humble the world’s largest ego, which is a feat in itself. She’d get that egotistical psychopath to reveal who he really is deep beyond the years and years of torment and rage. He’d open up and show her how sensitive, how loving, how human he really is. I am SO excited to see these layers in Klaus, similar to how we saw with Damon after Elena came into his life. Joseph Morgan is a brilliant actor and now we get to explore his range even more. Anyway, sure I was wooed when he saved her life. I had a school-girl crush on the arrogant player who seduced girls by buying them pretty things and coming to their rescue. And I thought, after I took off the rose-colored glasses, that he was just doing it to piss off Tyler. But then 3x14 happened. Possibly the ONLY good thing to come out of the worst episode in TVD history. Klaus continued to pursue her. He sent her a beautiful, lavish dress. He invited her to be his date to the party of the year. All classic player moves. But he took it a step further. He compliments her. Not in a creepy way, or a shallow way. A real compliment, honest. You can see she’s shocked, but there’s a glint in her eyes that says it’s a positive shock. He dances with her, backs off when she asks, presses when necessary. And when he follows her outside, he opens himself up a bit. He shares a story with her, one that she can appreciate, about a broken relationship between father and child. It helps her see him in a different light. It helps her connect. Then he brings her into a room, shows her the beautiful things he’s collected over the years. He keeps complimenting her, this time in a cheesy fashion. She’s visibly unimpressed, and he kicks himself for being so forward and almost kiddish. Again, he backs off. The ever-impulsive vampire takes a step back to make sure he handles her delicately. He doesn’t want to scare he off. So instead, he shows her a glimpse inside his soul. His drawings, a part of him that nobody knows. Something secret, and he shared it with her. And then they share this beautiful little banter about going away. Klaus just wanted to enrich her life, show her the world he finds almost as beautiful as her. He wants to make her happy, see her smile, know that he brought that joy upon her lips. It’s a beautiful thing to see a man humbled like this, to know that everything he claims to stand for just doesn’t exist in the presence of his desire. And she challenges him, and he’s back on his defense because it’s the only way he knows how to protect himself. They argue and she calls him out on everything he knows is wrong with him and he’s hurt. He’s hurt because she spurns his advances, because he actually cares about her. There’s something in his eyes that say “I want to be better for you. I want to give you everything you deserve.” And I bet you he will give her Tyler back, because he knows it will make her happy. That’s actual love. That’s why I love Klaroline."  BUT I AGREE WITH ALL OF IT! i like them! in the beginning i thought it was sort of out of the blue and a bit random... just because they didnt even have a scene together untill a few eps ago. i like them now though:)

A lot of people think this is the end of Caroline and Klaus (as in good terms relationship whatever they have) lol
I think this is just the beginning. SHe played her part lovely today and even innocently acted as if she had not known what they were planning on doing, which makes me wonder if she didn't lol
Maybe Damon just told her I need you to distract Klaus for a while while we get something done lol so who knows, but if he's burning her photos I think either A. because she doesn't want romantic drawings anymore or B. He is hurt by the whole family situation and her mini betrayal and he's letting his pride kick in lol i absolutely loved loved loved Klaus this episode. We saw the extremely flirtatious and vulnerable side to him that didn't involve tears oh lord i couldn't stop smiling. I even let slip in front of my husband like damn he's so hot lol

I'm wondering if Caroline will apologize/reason her part in not knowing in an attempt to keep him interested cause she's already lost Tyler for the time being and Matt's mind is elsewhere. Klaus has opened up to her and that's something. With the way he's treated her, I think she'll try and pursue a relationship to see what could be and that she doesn't pass up the chance. For all she knows, Klaus could be the one.
I really do hope they didn't just 'tease' this over the past few episodes and ended it here =\
