I just found this:
A REASON TO FEEL GUILTY — Stefan (Paul Wesley) has hidden the coffins containing the bodies of Klaus’ (Joseph Morgan) family, and Klaus quickly turns to violence to convince Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) that no one will be safe until he finds Stefan and gets his family back. Tyler (Michael Trevino) continues to make the most of his new abilities as a hybrid, but he has to face the disturbing consequences of his actions as well. After a terrifying incident, Elena and Alaric (Matt Davis) grow increasingly concerned about Jeremy’s (Steven R. McQueen) attitude and, ultimately, his safety. Alaric meets the beautiful Dr. Fell (guest star Torrey Devitto, “Pretty Little Liars”), who is intrigued with his amazing ability to heal. While trying to strike a deal with Klaus, Elena delivers news that truly shocks him. Kat Graham also stars and internet personality Justine Ezarik guest stars as a bartender.

Yeah, I'm sitting here trying to figure out what she could say that would shock him. Interesting about Alaric and healing. What the heck is up with that? Do you think it's something specific to him or that Damon slipped him some vamp blood?

^ yea it is interesting about Alaric and the healing.... maybe it does have something to do with vampire blood healing him? Or maybe he 'dies' somehow again this ep... I dont know.. :confused:

I wonder what the whole deal thing about that Elena is trying to do with Klaus and I wonder what could possibly shock Klaus as well. There's no more Mikeal or anything. Maybe it could be about Rebekah?

Well.. "after a terrifying incident" I think goes with "Alaric meets the beautiful Dr" and "amazing ability to heal" So I am assuming that something Jeremy does is severe enough to cause Alaric (and maybe Jeremy himself) to be brought into the hospital?

I think you may have something there. I can see Elena go 'bad girl' again say something like that to Klaus, which would certainly shock him.

Idk-- "While trying to strike a deal with Klaus, Elena delivers news that truly shocks him."
It says she delivers "news," and I wouldn't think a threat would qualify. It could be about Rebekah, and about how SHE isn't with the others- and Stefan DOESN'T have her like he has the rest of Klaus' family? Or it could be something none of us would guess... |

I would think it has to do with Rebekah's where abouts and I think what happens with Tyler is that Klaus orders him to run over Jeremy and he must do what Klaus says so he betrays his friends and does that but Alaric intervenes and gets hit instead but gets saved because of his ring or because someone heals him with some vamp blood =)

I mean until now thought that rebekah was with Stefan, but that does not make sense at all now that I think about it... soo yeah she could tell Klaus that she killed Rebekah, or Alaric says he did it and gets killed (knowing he will come back?) |
