OK, call me crazy, because I've been staring at this particular spoilery news item since last night saying this can't be Delena they are talking about and it probably isn't, but then it made me start thinking about the entire situation we're in right now. Damon has decided it's not going to happen for him. He's trying to move on with his life. He's saying stuff like, "She didn't want me."  Just his current state of mind makes me think it's going to turn around. She's going to do something surprising to let him know not to give up. It has to happen that way, doesn't it? They can't just leave him like that. So it's got to be a setup for something. So anyway, here's the article and while it does 'fit,' it might fit alot of couples on TV right now though I don't know exactly who has this sort of unrequited thing going on. It would just feel weird for things to be like, Okay and end it on that note. I'm not sure about this spoiler since I see alot of people saying Castle and Beckett and I don't watch that show so I can't say much about it. But then there's also people saying it's Delena so at this point it's up in the air. My take on the clues. Read on, because said item of the seeing-impaired variety involves a couple that a lot of fans want to see get it on, actually getting it on.It could easily be Delena if any of those other articles where people are exclaiming, will these two get together already are any indication. But other couples could also fit this bill  The duo in question is on a popular network series.This is where my first doubt would be as I'm not sure if the CW is quite one of the popular network shows per se although it has it's fans. * Their nookie will not be of the “dream sequence†sort — it’s for real, yo.The dream sequence makes it feel as if it's in reference to how TVD. I don't know what other shows would pull off a dream sequence unless they're also about supernaturals which I don't know since I don't watch the others. But it's very reminescent of the SK tomb sex and the DE kissing and playing pool. * Their boosters will be pleased.* Well, most of their boosters will be pleased. A few will probably grumble that it’s too soon, and the show is skipping too many beats in the pair’s unrequited love story for their coming together to be truly satisfying. (Mind you, a few people were always going to grumble, weren’t they?)Unrequited love story is the big clue hear and the grumbling could also be in reference to the other side of TVD's triangle where obviously one side isn't going to be happy while the other has it's moments. * The hook-up will take place during May sweeps. Okay, technically, that isn’t a clue. But it does seem germane, wouldn’t you say?This also gives me doubts because we don't want DE to be thought of as a hook-up but that could just be their way of wording it. |

The whole Castle thing the peeps said they already both like each other and it's known. Right now DE is more unrequited. Even more so than Dair is right now.
The CW is a major network. NBC, ABC, CBS, CW, Fox those are the major networks.

I don't know how anyone could know though, really, since I think whatever happens at season's end is still being written or has just been written by Kevin and Julie, but we can dream. I don't think it's 'too soon' but that is exactly what alot of people would whine about. I dont watch any other shows but I heard that Dair is supposed to happen sooner rather than later and is underway. This happening with Delena would certainly cause the 'gasps' Julie talked about, too. |

Even if that spoiler TV article wasn't talking about DE precisely we still have that other article stating, Writers are so cruel to DE fans but they're not over! According to E! Online, the two hesitant lovebirds will enjoy some passionate moments on upcoming episodes in Vampire Diaries Season 3. So I think we're getting something in these last few eps!  |

That's true we did get that tidbit of news about Stelena's needing to go through the 5 steps or whatever which makes me feel like the news will be good for us, bad for them. It's one group or the other happy, never both. Sad but true.

I figured Delenas needed a place for their own DE speculating, too! I like to be able to say 'what if' about DE and now we have a few peeps in the main thread who don't like to be spoiled.

I just totally didn't see this thread. I've given on on staying spoiler free. As for the blind item, it really does seem like DE. Though there are a couple of other characters it could be. Castle & Beckett being one of them. |
