No, it is unrequited. They've been flirting for 4 seasons now and it's clearly there under the surface but it has never really been spelled out. ==> Castle did say ILY, but that was when Beckett was shot. And now Beckett claims that she doesn't remember anything about being shot but she lied (and admitted lying to her shrink). <== So while it's there, it's not in the open. There's been one kiss between them and that started out to distract a bad guy. And I have no idea why sex between them would be too soon. They've had almost as long a build up as DE.  |

So I'm guessing whatever flirty thing Damon is doing to Rebekah in the first pic must go along with Sage's 'unusual method' Also if Damon is doing a dance with Sage in the second pic I called it

It looks like a dance to me. What the heck could Damon be doing? He can't compel an original, very interesting...maybe Sage has some unknown abilities. |

This fills in some blanks from the synopsis, from the above story:
The photos from Episode 317, "Break On Through," also show Damon (Ian Somerhalder) cozying up to two hot vampires -- one being his old flame, Sage (Cassidy Freeman) and the other... could it be that Rebekah (Claire Holt) wasn't just a one night thing? Our best guess is that, having given up on a romance with Elena (Nina Dobrev), Damon is having fun. Lots of it. With everybody.
In fact, Sage will help Damon figure out Rebekah's latest agenda, related to her discovery of the white oak tree that could kill her and Klaus. Whether romance sparks along the way is anyone's guess.

It's the whole "a woman isn't only for food"! It's called seduction! It's called MIND F%^king Rebekah! like most men to! I guess Damon is really good at it bc Sage has showed him how. Maybe sage is a lesbian? haha

I don't know but she's sure shifty...in that article they called her an old flame' of Damon's. Maybe Damon's gonna get some three way action. Do you think they'd dare? After all if he hasn't seen it he'll throw a dollar at it. |
