1. Her conversation with Elijah about love.
2. The Damon and Katherine/thought to be Elena kiss.

Her telling Stefan that she really did love him and Damon too. Her telling Elena that she loved both brothers and it was OK to love them both. Those would be my favorite moments.

I like that one too!

I also like the scene where she is with Elena and Elena gives her the book with her family history...The look on her face when she sees her family is heartbreaking.

I like the semi final scene of this season , where she was talking to Stefan about the reason she safe them. She had so much passionate and honesty on her eyes. Made me feel bad for her.

Firstly, I just want to start out and say I Katherine. I've heard that she's over-rated, and honestly, what most people love her for- isn't what attracted me to her character. While I love her bitchy side, I adore her softer side.

When Katherine came to the show, it was very similar to Damon. When we met Damon, he seemed to be much darker than he really was, and he wore a mask. Not to mention we, and the knowing citizens of MF, were led to believe by others *cough* Stefan *cough* that Damon was evil and not to be trusted. Remind you of someone?

Katherine. When she came in, she was cruel, she seemed evil-- and from everything we'd heard... it wasn't exactly surprising. But then there were little moments with Stefan, reminiscent of S01 DE scenes, where you questioned Katherine's humanity, her ability to love... just as you would with Damon in the beginning of the first season.

And then, in 2x04, we got our first answer as to whether Katherine truly loved Stefan-- truly had humanity in there.
Just as we did, in the ending scene of the episode, Katherine kneeling to kiss a dead Stefan's lips, promising that they would once again be together again-- and Stefan's voice over the scene, telling Elena, "Katherine doesn’t care about anybody but herself, she never has. She’s incapable of love. She’s here for another reason." and that was awfully reminiscent of Stefan talking over a scene of Damon lightly brushing Elena's face in a dim bedroom in 1x03, saying "There's nothing human left in Damon. No good, no kindness. No love. Only a monster Who must be stopped."

Then we saw again, that most of her cruelty had come from a place that she'd probably long locked away deep within her... in Katerina. (2x09) --- Another similarity to Damon, as we see her cry over her family's picture.

Honestly, I didn't think Katherine would survive this far. But here she is. At this point in the show, I could see them keeping Katherine around for good. They've given her lots of good backstory-- and that keeps you wanting to know more about her and her past.

I honestly feel really sorry for Katherine, I know she can be a cruel bitch. But the thing is, I can't imagine who I'd be-- if everything that happened to Katherine, happened to me-- and I had to go through it all alone. Which is what she did.

I really feel that the first time Katherine came to MF, she truly fell in love with the Salvatore boys. I know many say that they don't believe she loved them both.. I understand that it's confusing. Her story isn't an easy one to piece together. When Katherine told Damon she never loved him, that it was always Stefan-- She had just came to town and had every intention of ripping the brothers apart.

And honestly, I think she did-- in one of the flashbacks, realize that Stefan was the one she wanted to be with.

I think that Katherine realized in that moment, when Stefan called her angel, kissed her, and confessed that he was falling in love with her-- that she wanted to be with him, realized that she really had fallen for Stefan. That's why when she went back to her room-- she compelled Damon, who she'd obviously asked to come, to leave. (And afterwards, touched her fingers to her lips and remembered the kiss that her and Stefan had just shared.)

Both brothers gave her something, and Katherine fell for each for different reasons.

Damon, accepted her for who she was, while Stefan made her want to be a better her-- what he thought she was. (Calling her an angel.)

So even though Katherine came to MF trying to tear the brothers apart-- with the intention of trying to round up the ingredients to break the curse for Klaus-- she may have told Damon, she never loved him-- but I don't believe it was completely true.

Then, after being around the brothers-- seeing them fight for this girl, seeing them be the Salvatore brothers, Katherine probably fell for both of them all over again.

AND THAT is why she was able to say at the end of the season, "I loved them both," that is why she was able to tell Stefan the same thing in the most recent episode.[/center] [/color][/b]

I'm not a big fan of Katherine. She's been a thorn in everyone's side lol. She is good at being bad though. But she can never be trusted.

Thanks guys I feel better. Never say never she did bring Damon Klaus blood and she gave the cure to Elijah. I can't think of any more times at this juncture but I am sure there are others. She just makes the show exciting.

I like Katherine being ever present in the show. I think her being a survivor is important and if she were to die I would want it to be for someone---like Elijah-Elena-Stefan-or Damon to show that she change. I would like to see her come full circle.

I like that too teppy if she does die and I will need lots of support if she does I think an honorable death to show a softer side. However I think that they may go against the book since she has already way gone past her due date. Thank god the writers saw the promise of epic storylines. Also if de happens I would not mind Stefan and Katherine but only if de is the shows endgame. I can never figure out there are two and two brothers figure it out. Lol

There was a time where I actually sorta shipped SK as well, but lately I have not been feeling it, but I am sure if they had more scenes together again I would like them OF COURSE never like SE, but I am 100% here for Stefan and Bonnie so whatever makes those to happy so be it.

actually come to think of it there are some good gifs of Katherine all oogling Stefan and ignoring Damon when they come into the diner.
