I wonder if Sage knew that Finn was boxed for 900 years or did she just assume he left. 900 years still looking for someone seems like a lot of time especially if she wasn't aware.

That could probably be the reason why she comes back to mystic falls? Also maybe he was in love with her too and turned her but then why would he want to be all suicidal?

So I guess I was right that Finn turned Sage because he loved her. Maybe Klaus and rebekah made up some lie to him how SAGE went all vampire psychotic or that she was killed or something that he didn't want anything to do with her. Wonder if that is the excuse they give finn so he can finally be on their side. By the way After this episode we will not get another episode until April 19th so about a 2 or 3 week hiatus again

I think the person who dies is one of the Originals. I'm kinda leaning towards Bex, but it'll probably wind up being Finn. It could be Sage too.

So is the spell that binds all of the Originals broken or is it still on them? I can't believe I have forgotten already. I thought they were still connected.

So we found out that Esther was up and about looking for another way to kill her children. Question: if she's still alive and still had Finn with her, who was connected to the other Originals, why didn't she conduct the spell again? BIG. F'ING. PLOT HOLE.
Also, wasn't the whole thing with killing/turning Abby leading to the goal of breaking Esther's anchor in the real world? Her existence was connected to the 2 generations of Bennetts being alive. So we are now to assume that they just 'teleported' to the next town over after Abby bit it?
And as some of us theorized, killing one of the Originals kills their entire bloodline. Anyone who chains back to that Original through their own turnings, is killed off shortly after that Original dies and now we're stuck in the game of Damon & Co. trying to find out who turned Rose so they can save their own skin instead of dropping this whole 'War':
?? > Rose > Katherine > Damon & Stefan > Caroline
And just for kicks:
Klaus > Tyler
Essentially, they can't kill 2 of the Originals at the most, Klaus being the one they all want dead but Tyler's fate is tied to him so you know that's not flying with Elena or Caroline but Damon & Stefan are going to fight them tooth and nail on that front.
Bekah set Damon free for what I assume was out of fear of Klaus having his way till Stefan brought the other stakes/her actually caring for him (she probably wasn't going to kill him for what he did to her, just torture him)/appreciation out of the Brothers' ability to drop everything for one another because they're family (something she got on Klaus about after letting them go).
Bekah & Elijah should be left alive in all this. Kol too as he's the least involved at this point aside from keeping a tab on Jeremy. Klaus...I'm kind of conflicted on cause he does have a point: he gave Stefan someone to target all that hate and rage at instead of himself and his self-loathing moods. I'm really just sick of Stefan's "He took everything from me" line/attitude but Klaus admitting that he purposely made himself a lighting rod further makes me hate Stefan going back to that and his obsession with killing Klaus. I'm sick in general of this whole obsession with killing them when the Originals just kind of wait around waiting for the next attack when they just want to go about their business.
Also, once again, another guest character bit it in like 2-3 episodes. We lost 2 900-1000+ year old Vampires in one night.

^ Honestly, I love Klaus but they should just kill him this season, Tyler be dammed. Let Elijah and Bex remain as the only Originals. I assume that Esther couldn't do the spell because she didn't have all her children's blood.....though how Klaus had Finn's blood is another story.
So now I wonder, when Mikael died did any of the Vampires he made die was well? Assuming that he made some of course. Or is this a result of the linking spell? Did Bonnie mess up the unlink spell? Or did she do something sneaky?
And notice how Klaus says he was going to leave MF and take Elena with him? HAH.

He got Finns blood from Finn. he just handed it over and then went out with Sage! I thought those two would be shacked up somewhere locked in a room making up for 900 years! I know I would have been!!!
So freaking unrealistic!

So it's just assumed that Rose was turned straight from an original? Sage made sense since she was 900 years old that's closer to the originals age, but Rose was 500 years old. What if she was turned by Trevor who was turned by another chain of four or five people? I'd be surprised if Rose was turned straight from Klaus/Elijah. Seems a bit jumping the gun but I guess they don't have all the time in the world to go through about ten vampires

That's what I don't like about this aspect. If they just go "Oh, Rose was turned by Elijah/Klaus/Bekah", then I'd find that insanely too convenient. If there is some insane chain of 10 or so Vampires that may be alive/dead that they have to contact/hunt down to find the direct link to the Originals, then it's a waste, especially if they date back to the early times where the Originals just turned and they started a population boom (turn a few, those few turn a few, then they turn a few, etc. to get their numbers going). It's a mess unless they use the 'Rose was directly turned by _____' angle which I think is a cop out (despite seeing Rose again).
If they do go with the 'chain' route, they're going to drag this whole thing out even more on the Originals and killing them =\

There is no new episode this week or next week correct? Does anyone know if Secret circle is taking a break as well? I hope so because I won't be able to watch for 2 weeks.

i don't think they going to get the answer that one of the originals actually turned her. it would be fun to find out that she won't even know who turned her haha lol That would probably be her first response but then they'll tell her to 'think hard' and then she'll have a flashback and instantly remember Though I agree it would be fun having to go through a chain of ten vampires to find out

They'll pull something new out of their ass for bringing back Rose and getting a solution to the problem. Just watch. Rose will end up being a '2nd Generation' Original created by some other Witch and her kind isn't dependent on the Original creator being alive. This would allow the gang to go Open Season on the remaining Originals. I mean, Esther made Vampires before, why can't another Witch do it with her own little adjustments and the 2nd Gens not being as powerful? I'm keeping my expectations low with this angle so anything decent will be a surprise
