I have a theory about Elena becoming a vamp at the end of this season. Warning this is just speculation...and part imagination  At the end of book two, Elena is driving on a bridge and she drowns because she drives into the river. I feel this season has put a lot of focus on the Wickery bridge. I know the bridge was burned down by the originals but I could see this how doing something along these lines. 1st clue- When Stefan tries to trick Klaus by attempting to drive Elena off the bridge. 2nd clue- The suppose flashback to when Stefan saves Elena after the car accident that kills her parents. I think what I got from this is this time Stefan won't be able to save her. Plus why else would this flashback be needed unless it is for fan service. 3rd clue- Spoiler: Paul Wesley's #TVD finale spoilers: Elena will make a choice. The after-math will be ugly. Deep water is involved |

hmmmm interesting.... I don't know how I feel about it. I don't know if I feel it's to early after John's sacrifice last season. But good water clues!! or bridge clues!!!

Not that I would want this to happen, but what if this time Damon saves Elena or Jeremy from drowning and this sparks Stefan to flashback to when he saved Elena?
It is like the new turning point. Stefan saved her= SE.... Damon saves her or maybe Jeremy =DE. I am kinda preparing myself season 4 is going to be DE so I was thinking this might be how it happens.

Thanks. I was thinking they would go this route because the 4th season of TVD is around the same time as the new Twilight movie. Figured they would want to keep up with that trend. BTW I honestly do not want Damon to save her. Let Elena freaking die already. Shes is always at near death experiences and she comes back to life etc etc. Let her turn already I would love to see it happen.
I just wanna know how she will have vampire blood in her system, and it would be kind of cool if katherine is the reason for her going off the bridge

Bases on the synopsis of the 3x22, I think it will/could be one of the Salvatores. I don't want it to be Damon either for obvious reasons. I would love for it to be Katherine! |

I have another theory! So they going to have to find a way to get rid of Klaus...They can't kill him so WHAT IF the spell that Bonnie is trying to do in the next couple of episodes is actually the same spell that ABBY did to Michael. She casted him in a box locked away.
In some of the later descriptions it says bonnie calls on Abby to help her with a difficult spell. Abby can't use magic anymore but she can describe and explain how she did it.
I think this would be an awesome way to always bring Klaus back bigger and badder then ever. Lock him up, have some other villain come next season....Maybe in later seasons someone finds Klaus and unlocks him or maybe even the gang will have to unlock him to find something. I don't know lol

Honestly I really hope that Elena doesn't turn. I don't really object to her turning; I just feel that it's too soon. Plus as a DE fan, I want to see human Elena with Damon.

I haven't read the books but Elena is a vampire at one point and Damon turns human at some point but I don't know how the stories cross if they do.
I also will say that I do not want human Damon either.
