TYLER RETURNS TO MYSTIC FALLS — Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) set off together to make sure Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) is safe in Denver, and to see if his special abilities can help reveal the information they need about ancient vampire bloodlines. It doesn’t take them long to learn that Jeremy has been hanging with the wrong people. Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) both go to brutal extremes in their search for the missing weapon. Caroline (Candice Accola) is thrilled when Tyler (Michael Trevino) returns to town, but Tyler soon suspects that something has been going on between Caroline and Klaus. Matt (Zach Roerig) has his hands full trying to keep Rebecca (Claire Holt) busy organizing the school’s upcoming 1920s Decade Dance. Chris Grismer directed the episode written by Brian Young and Evan Bleiweiss (#319).

I can't wait =) This should be interesting with Damon and Elena heading out to go see Jeremy. Wonder whats his special ability and I wonder where is Bonnie in this episode or alaric ;/

What do they mean by Jeremy's special ability? The being able to talk to ghost or something with his ring? And this missing weapon thing, is it a new weapon or what? They had like nearly 20 stakes in 3x18 so it'd be silly if all of those went missing. It must be something else  |

who knows....maybe there is something else to the curse in order to kill klaus. Jeremy has a new ability maybe its more about the ghost or talking to spirits.

Still feels kind of silly to use his abilities to help out with whatever. I thought the point of compelling him was to keep him out of this mess. He's going to look at them as if they're crazy if they talk about his ghost abilities and if they uncompell him then he's likely to be angry at Elena for compelling him once again and taking away his choice. Guess we'll see how that goes but either way he's coming back in the car with them.  |

And they put ALL of them in the same bag. Serves them right if they lost them. As for Jeremy, it's probably both the ring and the talking to ghosts bit. Oh, and DE ROAD TRIP!  |

I just finished watching 3x19 again and it is still one of my favorites - DE road trip, kiss, etc. etc. etc. Another moment when Damon put Elena in her place:
Elena: You didn't tell me you did that for Rose.
Damon: It wasn't about you.
Good old Elena thinking she's entitled to be the center of everything, lol.
