I figure the buyer will be disappointed when they find out that they're not buying a house that will be used for filming anymore and ruins their chances of meeting the cast. Does it come with all the TVD furniture or what? Or is it just what was mentioned in the comments: outside is used for the show, inside is just a set piece?

The pictures of the house inside looks nothing like the rooms in elenas house
