Thats true. And since its something that was personal i could see where she would feel something more than hunger. And the sharing of blood is something intimate because I remember when Damon found out Stefan was drinking from elena to help build his stamina of blood his reaction and expression had hurt written all over him. And the scene with Matt still confuses me because how was she able to stop on her own? And she couldnt control herself when she saw April. I really think the one that should be helping her is Caroline. She was able to not completely go to the deep end and manage her cravings. Maybe bc she was a total control freak but so is elena lol

Which is why I think Elena is worried for nothing. She will be able to control herself. She's not going to become like Stefan. She'll have her moments of lack of control and Damon is going to help her with that but overall I don't think she's going to have that much of a struggle.
Damon is very controlled, too. He only kills someone when he wants to kill someone. Really it's just Stefan who can't control himself and that is what is going to drive a wedge between Stefan and Elena. She'll realize the difference.

Last time I will touch on the punch. To me it was a sucker punch and lame. It's not the same and they might fight each other but I still thought it was a weak sauce move. Not saying he shouldn't have hit him its the way that he did it that made me think Stefan was weak for it.
Back to blood pix you hit the nail on the head for me. I hope we don't see an SE blood sharing bc I'm a DE and I don't wanna see it but I'm not even sure if it will be like you said as intimate as it was with Damon. Julie put it in the show and had Damon feed her for a reason. It could have easily been Stefan that she wrote for the blood sharing but she chose not to. Why? There has to be a bigger picture. That's not some little kiss its a big deal . They shared bodily fluids so its a biggie. Why she chose Damon and Elena had to mean something big. Like I said otherwise the importance could have been placed on SE instead but she didn't go there.

She'll realize the difference. Honestly, Stefan is projecting all his fears and worries on to Elena. It's interesting how he doesn't really trust Elena to get through this, how he doesn't want to really let Elena experience being a vampire. That he assumes that she'll turn off her emotions if she hurts someone. Damon has more faith in her than that. Even if she goes off the rails,he knows they can still bring her back. Caroline, who I loved in this episode by the way, calmed Elena down and then forced her to compel April. She told Elena that the only way she was going to learn was to actually do it. And Caroline got through killing people and losing her father without turning off her emotions. Why does Stefan think Elena will? Elena has a huge support system that Stefan and Damon didn't have, which makes a big difference.

If blood sharing caused attraction(as someone suggested about Klaroline) then all of Klaus's hybrids would have been raping him constantly.

Doesn't Klaus' hybrids require Elena's blood to be complete?

He's the one who put Matt down though. Damon got shot by a Vampire Hunter and Stefan took it as a chance to sucker punch him while he feigned helping him up. And I'm sure given Damon's state of mind, he had intent to kill Matt, not make a point of a situation.
Hybrid creation is 2 phase Anbu. They need Klaus' blood to initiate the transition (killing the Werewolf with his blood in their system) and then Elena's blood needs to be given to them to 'complete' the transition. So it could go either way but as far as blood sharing goes, different ball park cause that's part of their creation process. If we were going off the creation process, Caroline wouldn't have the attitude she has towards Damon, Abby would be all over him, and Vicki would have probably been more under his control if he cared enough to use that attraction. Though all this would be crossing into 'Sire bond' territory.

Also when making Hybrids it's not like they are drinking loads of blood. One drop would work to make someone become a vampire. look at what Elena drank to be a vampire. She licked her fingers. Elena literally sucked the hell out of Damon's hand and who knows how many pints she drank of his blood. Also I think it's in the way you feed too that bonds.
And thanks Slash for making the point about Matt!

If she can cntrol it then she should he fine. And i think Damon is the best controlled out of any of them. You never see him loosing control which i think is awesome.

Stefan has an issue with projecting. All the stuff he hung Damon out for to the gang about being a monster and so on, was reflective of him and the Ripper. Him trying to prevent Elena from falling into what he was was an overreaction on his part because he was something specific (a Ripper). He was a special case and immediately thought Elena was in danger of falling into the same category as him. She had enough control to hold out on the hunger as long as she did and even after fully transitioning and having that taste of human blood, she didn't go on a binge like he did when he turned. That should have been a sign that Elena wasn't going to be a problem child like he was and that getting her on human blood (blood bags) like Damon & Caroline would be a smooth transition (if she didn't need more blood from the source to get her set).
Stefan and her were worried about killing someone during her first feeding. Damon told her it happens to the best of them. Elena had 3 other Vampires watching over her so I think out of the 3 of them in the same position, Elena was the best one off not killing someone during this time. Stefan did his on his own, threw one to Damon and Caroline had little supervision when she made her kill. The worry wasn't warranted in my mind if she stuck with one of them when doing it cause they knew she didn't want to kill anyone and would make sure she didn't (like Caroline did stepping in to stop her from attacking April).
Control and some guidance. Elena has both of these. Stefan fearing the lack of one and misdirecting the other isn't helping her this early on. He's the last one who should be her teacher. Damon and/or Caroline are better suited but this is him taking the reigns cause they're together and this is his best chance to 'mold' her to a state that he can deal with if he does end up spending forever with her. Getting her on animal blood this early on makes it easy on him and his condition.

Anyone realize how 'into it' Klaus got when Elena was feeding on him? Why didn't Stefan deck him?

EXACTLY SLASH!!!! I mentioned that on twitter. So she can feed on Klaus and her ex Matt but not DAMON? Weren't all three feedings to save her life? If they are trying to appeal Stefan to Damon fans it's not working.

I don't think Matt counts in this cause he's not a Vampire. It's supposedly an issue with a Vampire feeding on another Vampire that makes the whole thing personal. In Elena's case, she was starving and didn't want human blood. Damon's other option was Vampire blood (cause she wasn't keeping animal blood down) and since he was there, what the hell. Klaus' case was that Elena had Werewolf venom and needed his blood to be saved.
In both cases, Elena was in a bad situation. Why didn't Stefan [sucker] punch Klaus? He [Klaus] was enjoying himself from the look on his face. In fact, they were having Vampire sex right in front of Stefan and he did squat. Or is Klaus a 'technicality' because he's a 'Hybrid' and natively a Werewolf so it's not 'personal' to him? Or just because he's not Damon, the other Brother?
It just seems stupid now to have Damon get decked for the feeding when the following week (this one), Elena is sucking on Klaus' wrist with Stefan in the room at that.

Yes!!! I agree the whole Klaus thing. I threw Matt in there because maybe Matt wasn't enjoying it but Elena was. HAHA Ok Matt may not count but still! She can suck on anyone... Ok that sounds wrong. I will stop now.
