Damon bloodjacked (technically stabbed with the needle)
Damon stabbed in the neck by Werewolves with Vervain needle
I remember another time he was stabbed in the neck too but I can't place it.

I would have put Damon, Elijah or Bekah in the top 3 spots but I guess the latter 2 have it locked down for 'deaths'. And does one of Klaus' really even count cause if I remember correctly, Elijah was going to reach into Klaus' chest and rip his heart out, not stab him.
