that was climactic.
and that was a really fast death, not as drawn out as I thought it would be if a main character died.
Let's see how long he stays dead.

I actually wouldve preferred Tyler dying then him leaving like a lil dog with his tail between his legs after he was all his tough guy act with klaus. -_-

Tyler really should be wiped from the face of the planet but I'm not mad about Jeremy's passing. Still, given Tyler's tough guy approach and gloating, I would have loved to have seen Klaus remove his head from his shoulders. Still hate how Caroline angles for Klaus and how he falls for it Katherine making an unsuspecting return was nice.

Well at least this time Klaus didn't totally fall for it. It is stupid though. I'm kinda sad to see Tyler sent off that way. He's never been my fav but I liked his arc this season. As for Jeremy, I just think his death was pointless. Vaughn WAS RIGHT THERE. There was no need to kill Jeremy. And if he's not dead, then it's even more pointless. And to have Katherine instrumental in his death? UGH. I generally like Katherine but I didn't want her back like this. Did Elena really need to lose her last living relative? I know it's a vampire show but there's been too much death/torture. It has lost all its impact.

What is Damon saying in his last shot of the promo before Elena says "where's Bonnie, find me Bonnie."
I can't make it out.

It sounded like, "She's out of her mind."

It sounded like, "She's out of her mind." Yeah that's probably it. You know, I just watched that final scene again and it's pretty disturbing. Katherine is holding Jeremy's head down like he's an orange and Silas is a juicer. And then that hand comes up and grabs him and just holds him there. Ugh. So, so, so gross. I'm not enraged that Jeremy is dead or anything, but I am disappointed. I would rather they had killed Tyler if someone needed to go. Although I know that wouldn't have had the same impact on Elena.

I don't understand what Tyler did this episode for the anger???

What do you mean what anger from Klaus? if its that Tyler has been coming to the house everyday since klaus has been there telling him how he's going to kill him and can't wait to give him the cure so he can turn mortal and watch him die.

Also doesn't the title of this episode give anyone hope that jeremy is in fact not dead? Because down the rabbit hole is a reference from Alice in Wonderland. How they go to another world. Maybe Jeremy is not dead and just trapped on the other side/.

No i was reading through the comments and there is a anger or annoyance toward Tyler and I was wondering what in this episode brought on that anger or wanting him to die. just curious.

I just don't like the guy. Not exclusive to this episode. Seeing his mug makes me want to bury my fist in his face And yeah, he doesn't carry the same weight as Jeremy's death but kill him off too. He just bugs me. I hope Klaus is at the gas station at 3am, filling up and sees Tyler walk out or working the register. Hope he makes good on his promise to end him.
