- So I am thinking there might be a small time jump maybe a week or two?
- She is going to feeding on the competition haha
- Wonder why Rebekah is not on the team or mentioned
Not giving up on their search for the cure, Damon and Rebekah work together until his unwanted advice catches her off-guard. - So are they working together until they find it and then they will fight till death for it?

• Ok so Klaus probably tracked down Hayley to look for Tyler? And in the process he finds out that Hayley is working with Katherine? Meanwhile, a bored Elena throws a wild party and gets into an ugly fight.
• Wondering if Elena and Caroline are going to throw down in this party and where is this girl throwing a party at? In the Salvatore home? I WAS WONDering if the discovery Klaus' makes is what takes him to New Orleans? In the Spoiers for the Originals…It says Klaus goes because he hears of rumors that people are out for his destruction….hmmm Could Katherine have a role in this? Gathering an army of the supernatural to take down klaus?

Dammit! I only get Elijah back for a few episodes before he takes off for the Originals?
I've been kind of nostalgic while rewatching Elijah in the first episodes he appeared in. I miss the ruthless side, the one that forgives people right before their heads get torn off. (Husband is now also addicted to TVD and burning through the DVD sets I bought faster than I did.)

Um if Klaus' sex scene is episode 16 for sure then Hayley is going to be the one who he has sex with and i guess thats why he will be getting hate mail after episode 16 lol

It's mostly because he's been fixated on Tyler ever since Tyler crossed him (and basically got away with it). I'm pretty sure Klaus will get around to causing plenty of trouble for the main cast once he tracks Tyler down and makes an object lesson out of him.
That's if he manages to get the cure away from Katherine in time, though.

So, thoughts on this episode?
I like new Elena. New Elena is good Elena and when Slash can get behind a version of Elena that doesn't annoy him to Hell and back, it's smooth sailing. I know some people think her actually making an attempt on Caroline's precious life was crossing the line but...well, I just don't like Caroline. Elena gets the same bonus points for the attempt like Klaus and Hayley got for running her through/breaking her neck respectively. I'm pretty much ignoring the girl at this point with the constant calls to Tyler like things were actually going to change. Was she not there for the plan he made? To not come back, to forget about each other, to move on? Anyways, Elena needs to be 'free' for the time being after having just lost Jeremy and every other family member. Funny that this leads to a broken sire bond too. It's nice to see Elena finally out of the shell and yes, I enjoyed her being blunt with people.
Klaus, Klaus, Klaus...the show makes it hard to hate him for the long term for me. Enjoyed him this episode, with Hayley and coming to her rescue...then having sex with her. It's odd cause Klaus must be giving up on Caroline cause I don't think she'd be too happy that he banged the girl who made their last plot against Klaus backfire royally (Klaus got the jump on all the Hybrids, Tyler became a target and Carol died as a result). I guess since NO is mentioned so BLATANTLY in the show, Klaus will be taking Hayley with him when he goes so she can get the answers she wants about her family (right off the bat for the Originals, we know they'll be exploring an old Werewolf bloodline).
Shane is dead so I guess when Damon/Bekah mentions this to Bonnie, she'll either think she's crazy or she'll still pursue whatever boneheaded plan Silas wants her to. And the suspicion is that Silas is loading up on blood (from 6 hospitals?). Big Gulp? I'm still interested in his powers. He was showing himself only to Bonnie but we know he has a physical body so...how? We don't know what he looks like either but can he just hide in plain site and project?

He touched on this/explained it this episode. Some people's punishment is living the rest of their life paranoid and looking over their shoulder to see if he's there and for an immortal, that's a rough punishment. Katherine has been living like this for 500 years, scared of the guy and I think he'd be content with a little fun now and again if Katherine wasn't pulling crap like she did with stealing the cure. Tyler now is going to be hiding away somewhere paranoid/worried about the day Klaus just bumps into and makes good on his promise to end him the next time they meet.

I'm guessing he at least has the power to take over bodies and make them do what he wants but now he should have one of his own once his blood is revitalized and I think that's what he's trying to do. It would probably take alot of blood and some time to fix that many years of dessication, but once he has, watch out.

Slash, I totally agree with you! I LOOOOVE this version of Elena, and when she was fighting Caroline I was cheering her on. Caroline has been ticking me off to no end. Please, show, do NOT go back to boring Elena after this. Now that we know what she is capable of she will be even more boring in comparison.
