It's gotta be Silas saying, "Human looks better on you than I thought Katherine," Or I will freak right out...cause I would love it if Stefan fell for her just because she's human. It would prove us all right that he only loved Elena when she was human! So there's no way they'll do it....no way!

Oh and there's a theory flying around that the Salvatore secret is that they are not brothers...duh They were half brothers in the book so maybein the show they find that out and Stefan's Mom is the one that carries the doppelganger gene but Damon's doesn't... I would imagine the fact that Stefan is a doppelganger might be hard to explain. Is he even real or is his entire existence supernatural? That is the question and the same goes for Elena really. Like if the spell that created them is broken do they just disappear?

Yeah I bet Stefan gets out that episode. He looks a little disheveled and he would have been starving so he might have gone a little nutso on the blood, not to mention the fact he was trapped and repeatedly drowning making him nutso. If I had to venture a guess, I would say Damon is doing an intervention there, trying to get him under control before the whole town sees him.
