I figured as we get more details on future spoilers we needed a section just for that so people that don't want to be spoiled can avoid it.

Now that the show has been officially picked up by the CW, we’re going to learn a lot more about this charismatic monarch — and we can’t wait.
“He was a street rat, kind of came from nothing, and he’s crafty,” Charles recently told Alloy Entertainment, “And so I think we’re going to discover firsthand what that experience was like for Marcel — of growing up on the streets of New Orleans and making that turn; of becoming confident and transitioning from an Aladdin life into a leadership role.” We’re guessing Marcel’s mentor Klaus (Joseph Morgan) going to figure heavily in this rags-to-riches story, and like we said: We. Can’t. Wait.
What else are we going to see on this badass new show? Well, if Charles has his way, we’ll see a lot more of one of the OVs. “I hope that Kol comes back and lives,” Charles explained. “He’s a really interesting character and I think there are a lots of stories to explore there.” www.wetpaint.com/vampire-diaries/articles/2013-05-31-originals-charles-michael-davis-marcel

In a series of previous interviews, the cast provided fans with an inside look into the upcoming series. "We ended the backdoor pilot in a good place, moving forward together, a tentative partnership between us," said Joseph Morgan, who plays Klaus, while talking about the sibling rivalry between his character, Klaus, and Elijah. "But as things complicate, as the series pans out, there's room for throwing that up in the air. As far as the baby is concerned, I can't imagine that we both have identical plans of how this child should be raised. So I imagine we're going to have a conflict of interest." "It's just going to be that ultimate dynamic of Elijah in pursuit of making certain that the family is reinstated as they once were, which is sort of this pursuit of a fantasy, almost," Daniel Gillies, who plays Elijah added. "And Klaus is a lot more malevolently in pursuit of power. It's no less of a fantasy. And it's sort of watching those two dynamics intersect."www.latinospost.com/articles/20522/20130601/originals-spoilers-new-witch-introduced-upon-series-premiere-cast-photos.htm

This is interesting and it's been cast as well: www.ibtimes.com/originals-spoilers-vampire-diaries-spin-adding-gay-character-recurring-role-1361969‘The Originals’ Spoilers: ‘Vampire Diaries’ Spin-Off Adding Gay Character In Recurring Role By Amanda Remling on July 28 2013 8:46 PM New Orleans will be sizzling when “The Originals” premieres Oct. 15. The spin-off of “The Vampire Diaries” is looking to add a “hot” gay recurring character to interact with the big bad in the French Quarter. So, who is this mystery character in question? His name is Josh! According to a casting call, the CW is looking for a male in his early 20s to fill the role. Josh is described as a “hot and naive but curious gay tourist partying with friends in New Orleans.” But like most people who cross paths with the supernatural world of “The Vampire Diaries,” Josh ends up in “the wrong part of the French Quarter” -- and unfortunately his trip has “dire consequences.” Josh isn’t the only casting news to be leaked this month. In mid-July, TV Guide revealed that viewers will be meeting Celeste, “a stunning Creole woman.” Unlike Josh, Celeste will have some history in New Orleans. The character was not only “entangled” with Klaus in the 1800s, but also had a “fondness” for Elijah.

I hate klaus soooooo much that I stopped watching TO and I haven't looked back. I heard someone dies and I heard that persons death was sad. I don't wanna spoil it here. But it already happened so I guess it doesn't matter. Lol When did you start hating Klaus? I guess I don't remember that. But yeah, the finale was great and the few episodes leading up to it. I think TO improved some and yes the death was surprisingly sad because I did not care so much for that character but the way they wrote it just made me cry and I don't cry damnit! But yeah it did it...so it was good, and Elijah was surprisingly vulnerable which got to me too...damn him!

Is there any chance after season 5 that Stefan might come to this? He's lost Elena , Damon's "dead" he has nothing really keep him in mystic falls BUT Klaus could be a friend again and Rebeka is his Ex there could be more there. Plus I know Paul Wesley has expressed disinterest at TVD because its not dark enough. The originals feels more mature so it's a good fit i think.

Stefan moving to the orignals to take care of Rebekah and Hope but ending up bromancing with Klaus would be epic. Merge TVD with the originals, kill off a Matt, Jeremy and Elena and bring back Kol and voila, best show on TV!
