 Usually when I go to the theater I mix the cheese and kettle corn together. The salt and sweet actually taste good together

We knew this one would be full of cheeSE and it was. But other than the triangle bulls*** it wasn't half bad.

I feel that I liked this episode better than most.  It wasn't great but I still think the DE parts were good. |

What we got was Stelena corn Pixie, I liked the episode alot too and I actually feel like things are looking up for Delena. This was Stelena's ending credits. That's how it felt to me anyway. |

I know what you mean we've been waiting 3 years. How much more build up can we take  I am happy that they are at least giving us moments to hold onto this season. It didn't seem like anything was ever going to happen last season it was all about finding Stefan. |

I'm dusting out the Bomb Shelter to make sure that Elena is comfortable.
The amount of hatred she's getting right now is unbelievable.
She's being called a s*** and a whore. (she's not)
There's a gift set that has Elena getting hit by Kol and Klaus when she was human with a ton of reblogs saying that she deserved it. WTF?
There's apparently was another giftset calling Elena selfish for not wanting Stefan to have his memories erased. WTF?
Just a bunch of nastiness going around Tumblr that I've seen bits and pieces of.

I don't go to tumbler or other places even on this board that are SE threads. I feel bad when I see stuff like this. Elena has been through hell and back and if she finds happiness with Damon then why shouldn't she? He has always put her first and protected her, why shouldn't she run to him? I know everyone thinks the DEx was too soon, but I can't help thinking when you are a vampire, the rules of engagement are a little different. And not for nothing..who could blame her?
She's happy...leave her alone! She will always have a safe a cozy place here. Unless she goes back to you know who..then I would have to personally kick her to the curb!

Too soon? She's wanted to get in his pants forever. They just forced herself to not think about it/find reasons not to want it and I think it's all turned out for the good because she fell in love with him. Let's face it SE were not together for a season and a half. Yes, she chose him, but other than a few flowery words in the first couple episodes of season 4, they were not together, not physically, not mentally, not emotionally. I think trying to put humpty dumpty back together again may have made her realize that. It wasn't going to work. Her heart wasn't in it anymore. I've had this experience myself personally to try to reconcile with someone your heart has moved on from. I saw it in the cheesiness of their 'reunion.' It was so over the top that it was so obviously fake and she wasn't feeling it. When she said 'forever...if I want,' that was a nail in SEs coffin. If I want....she has never said she wanted to spend eternity with Stefan, in fact quite the contrary. She wanted to grow up, get married, have kids, grow old and die. I hope that her forever is reserved for Damon and she decides she wants to live with him for all eternity because she can't bear the thought of ever having to be apart from him. |

Oh my YES! On all of that Dopple. The first few episodes of this season were very painful to watch between Stefan and Elena. I wanted to turn away most of the time. I think many of us have been in that situation (of course I didn't have a huge fan base or people trying to tell me what to do) and know how awkward that can be. There were signs all over the place that her "choice" was not the right one. I think if she hadn't turned she still might be with Stefan and it still wouldn't be right but she wouldn't have acted on her feelings for Damon and it would have dragged on for 3 more seasons. I'm calling BS on the SB on this one because I don't believe there is one.
Elena becoming a vampire is the best thing that has ever happened to her. IMHO. I hope the cure is not real or that she doesn't choose to take it if it is. Maybe they can find a way around that procreation business.
