I have only watched the first 2 seasons so far and love it! I had started watching season 3 online before I got that nasty virus I had talked about before. I'm a huge Eric fan!!

S2 with the Maenad stuff kind of bothered a lot of people. I didn't mind the Dallas/Fellowship stuff but the Maryanne thing was just annoying/drawn out quite a bit. S3 picks right back up though. Gah, hate the long waits between seasons  Don't like Sookie or Tara. Love Jessica and Pam. Jason bothered me at first but now he's a favorite. Eric is also a favorite but I didn't really care for some of the happenings in S4. Sam is great too (as is Terry). |

I can't wait to watch season 3 and 4. I'm thinking of just downloading season 3 off of Itunes..I wish it was on Netflix!
I absolutely love Jessica too! I liked Tara at first but slowing began disliking her character, especially in season 2. All the Maryanne stuff was just...weird!

I watched Season 1 and liked and I watched Season 2 and I did not like it got too ridiculous for me, so I stopped watching.

I've never really liked Tara. Lafayette is the only one so far in her family that I really enjoy. For the record, Tara gets worse in S3 because of a certain character in S2 (Eggs). She gets in more trouble the following 2 seasons and it just makes her worse IMO in combination with her attitude.
The Maryanne stuff being over was one of the best things about S2.

I definitely was not an Eggs/Tara fan. LOVE LaFayette!! I also think Sam is absolutely gorgeous, but hated how he was with Maryanne when he was so young...it just looked gross!

I'm hopefully for S5, with the return of Russell, Steve and the addition of Christopher Meloni.

The Werepanther stuff I was interested in but nothing came of it. I was bothered anyways by the fact that Werepanthers were some hillbillies/backwater townsfolk. Really? The Witch stuff with Marney, ugh. Was glad it was over but then they pushed me to the ground and kicked me in the stomach on that one. That woman just makes me want to watch the world burn. I didn't like the child-like Eric either. I know some people enjoyed it cause they got to see him hook up with Sookie in the process but I missed *THE* Eric. Didn't like how he reacted to Pam either cause of 'Sookeh'. But yes, Steve and Russell are coming back so I'm looking forward to S5. Andy is also off his drug addiction and Lafayette is past the whole 'baby seeking Ghost' thing so that's another bonus. |

The only season I thought was good all around was 1. Every other season has been really up and down.
Also for S5, Tara needs to stay DEAD. And I would like to see more of S1 Lafayette - attitude wise, not V dealing & prostitution.

I'm at the same spot, have watched season 1 and 2 and starting 3. Eric hasn't grown on me yet so much. The Godric episode though was where I started to see the appeal with him. So, I'm still waiting to see. The series as a whole hasn't really knocked me out. It's OK, TVD is better. |

That and Jesus being dead. I was sitting here with a confused look on my face until I realized who you were talking about. I read that as 'Jesus' and had to reread my own post to realize you were talking about 'Hey Zeus' Yes, him dying was a bummer cause he was so interesting with his Demon. But they passed it on to Lafayette so we'll see where that goes. Also wondering what the hell they're going to do with Hoyt now. |
