Hello I realise im 2 weeks behind, like I mentioned in my intro i review stuff and caught up completing all of the kingdom hearts 1.5 collection for a big review. On the plus side that means i get to do 2 today! this is my review / running thoughts on tvd episode What lies beneath

Tyler wakes up chained. The transformation was kinda cool. It's been a while tyler actually turned.
Damon is looking for Enzo and stefan was not all acting suspicious lol i'm shocked damon didn't notice but i know we know but will damon know? sorry weird thought but i loved that scene
They are going to caroline's dad's cabin and as caroline said "Good knews, so we don't need to be invited in, which is super sad if you think about it" great line lol
Stefan and Elena seemed very flirty. So to some up Stefan "killed" damon's friend and lied about it, then flirts with the damon just broke up with...... Why does everyone in show say stefan is the "good brother" lol
wow the next scene is damon and elena flirting. I've said it once I'll say it again, elena is a terrible person. Ironically if you think about she's done more damage to Damon and Stefan's relationship than katherine ever did. Yet she seems ok with it. I think i may hate Elena as a character more than i ever did Lana on smallville.
I like these moments of Jeremy and Bonnie. Because like I like i keep saying, its rare to see bonnie be allowed happiness on this show.
Bonnie's grandmother! i've hit pause so i don't yet but i'd bet £1000 it's to warn about danger not just to see Bonnie
I KNEW IT! seriously is the woman incapable of a nice visit to say hello? I swear Bonnie's grandmother showing up is TVD version of the professor with good news
Ghost Enzo can move things! fyi I will hug who ever makes a "Ghost Enzo" song to the tunes of "Ghostbusters" Something simple like:
If Stafan's killed someone strange
in the mystic falls

sorry I digress lol , Caroline is making a charades game LOL oh please be in the episode please please please. Or as the CW in usa also does who's line is it anyway. Cross-promote. Next week make a special "Who's fang is it anyway" I'd watch it to see damon and stefan playing charades.
Matt and Jeremy torturing tyler proves you can be human and badd ass on this show. I wish they showed more of that. usually the humans are just there I love when they have purpose.
Based on the fact a lot of travellers are ethnic minorities. I think and this is not a joke or an insult. i think the travellers are metaphors for the terrorists most in usa (and even here) have feared over the years. Passengers = sleepers , they have camps, they want to destroy magic (the west in this metaphor as magic is everything we care about. Its Damon , It's Bonnie , It's Stefan and more.) as they feel repressed. They always travel (like the more extreme terrorists) Am i reading in to too much? If i'm not i will say that's clever as they have those represented in other stuff less subtly. I like it.

I really wanted to see Damon trying to mime. I mean who can forget this :
wait....Caroline "never have I ever died" and everyone drank as no one had died. THEY ARE VAMPIRES! AT SOME POINT THEY DIED WITH VAMPIRE BLOOD IN THEIR SYSTEM! IT'S THE LIKE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO BE A VAMPIRE! .... Plus elena tied for like 10 seconds during klaus ritual so that's double died. *face palm*
Naked Elena, though we didn't see as much as I'd like. (hey I mate hate the character but I can admit she's hot. I also like actress as Katherine just not Elena) .... GHOST ENZO!
Damon now knows Enzo is dead. Also yes drowning would NOT have effected Elena too much as she doesn't breathe. So she called damon in to room and told him the secret because say it with me ..... Someone dared inconvenience the great Elena. *eye roll*

Wow, i know i'm repeating myself but WTF. Caroline asked why elena lied to her and in 2 seconds it was flipped so caroline apologized and elena got to walk away with head high as Caroline made a mistake BECAUSE she was lied to. Why do these people hang around Elena? she is poison.
Oh snap! that is a lot of bodies so a lot of travellers. Nice that raises the threat level.
Damon managed to negotiate with ghost enzo. Also damon took the whole Stefan killed his friend much better than Stefan took the whole damon killed lexi thing. Speaking of when is the inevitable Lexi guest star episode?
*punch* that's for enzo, thats last you'll hear about it from me - Damon. Damon! - Elena. WTF she is mad damon has feeling about a loved one been killed. last i checked when Jeremy was killed elena burnt down a house and tried to kill the person who did it. But one punch? oh no you've gone too far? my head hurts
So tyler is now permanent now? my guess is it's not that permanent as tyler has to be tyler again.
Damon kissed Elena. Are they together again? ... ok nvm no lol he just needed it.

overall a good episode with some silliness. Although some problems drag it down I'd go 7 / 10
Pros:
+ Showed Damon's growth as he spiralled less
+ Bonnie had some happy scenes!
+ GHOST ENZO
+ Charades
+ The travellers upped the threat this episode
Cons:
- Elena at her worst Elenaness (as shes not always bad but wow this episode)
- Caroline saying she's never died
