In the past I've added Damon specific videos to the Delena video thread but there are so many good Damon videos that I think they deserve their own thread here in the Damon section. There's been a lot of backlash on Damon lately due to his heroism in saving 'the other side,' people that want to try to tarnish the good he's done and bring up the past to try to ruin that and I just wanted a place for those of us that love him to have our safe haven where we can remember all there is about Damon, the complications in his character, the care he never wants to show, the heroism he is loathe to admit to, the man who loves too much.
So put your favorite Damon Salvatore videos here so we can all enjoy them!
My new fave video as of today because to me Damon isn't just a hero...he is a lot of things. He is edgy. He is wild. He's impulsive. He is, after all, a vampire and sometimes it seems like there's some clash of cultures of people that watch this show that think that somehow he should be squeaky clean. I don't want him squeaky clean. I don't know of any vampire that should even be squeaky clean. There's something inherently wrong with that thinking, to me, and if he was, he wouldn't be the Damon I love.

Everyone on the show tries to fight their vampirism and be "good". Damon is what makes vampirism so interesting for God sakes! He hides his true feelings yet knows when to show emotion. He's not going around drinking bunny blood - vampires need human blood - that's the nature of the beast. If all vampires were squeaky clean, we wouldn't be so interested in the genre. Now, time to get lost in all things Damon... |

Only Damon Salvatore can make murderous vampire look like sexy beast..maybe they are saving up the early days of Damon for a new series...oh please oh please oh please!
