To be honest I think he's lucky not to get the role as I think it's going to be awful. The director isnt great and I think by the time the film comes out the original book excitement would have worn off

It really hurts. Not to mention all things going on in my personal life but now this added on? Thousands of people sending me THREATS and things like "f*** you c***" (you know who you are) and "delete this stupid account" "you should be ashamed" "stupid ass faker bitch" I cant believe this. Put yourself in my shoes. To have your role model, idol, post a picture telling people not to follow me breaks my heart into a million pieces. Then for his 1.0M followers to see that and start commenting hate towards someone they don't even know is just disgusting. I have worked long and hard to help spread the word about his foundation. Almost a solid 2 years. And never did I once say I was him. I am not a fan account. I am a supporter of his foundation. I have done nothing wrong. And I really can't take these hate messages anymore, whether it be on Ian's photo, or on mine. But it has to stop. Because this all has taken a turn for the worse. So please, think before you comment. AND: ian_somerhalder_foundation 11 hours ago I am appalled. Disgusted. Never have I ever posed as Ian. Ever. And the fact that you people can call me all these names, insult me, hurt me, is just morbidly tragic. I am sorry to all the people who thought I was Ian, but it is entirely not my fault. I am crying. The messages I have been receiving are ridiculously over the top. The only intention I had when I made this supporter account a little over a year ago was to help show people the wonderful qualities of Ian Somerhalder and his incredible foundation. So I will not sit here and be verbally abused by a lot of people who don't even know me, or my back story. You're really not the role model I thought you were Ian. Once again, I apologize for any misunderstandings I may have caused. @iansomerhalder Now here's my comment on this situation. A:/ That's a trademarked name and she doesn't have permission to use it. B:/ By using it she could trick people into sending money to her for his foundation C:/ It seems even if he asked nicely she is refusing to change the name To me that says she knew full well that she was trying to fool people into thinking that was an official site for whatever reason, attention or what, who knows. Ian WAS nice about it, saying she was probably 'cool' but didn't want his followers to be tricked. Now would she rather have gotten a cease and desist letter from his attorney? Because that could be next. It seems to me her whining now says she's seeking attention with all this and the next thing you know she'll claim emotional damages and sue him. What a load of BS! She should have apologized and immediately changed the name of the site...period...end of story...hate posts would stop. She gets no sympathy from me. Yeah people are over the top mean, but that is NOT Ian's fault. Could he have handled it better? Maybe. But we don't know if he tried to contact her privately and she just ignored it, do we? What she needs to do is....in brackets put unofficial that way it makes it clear that she is not actually connected to the ISF. Was it not so long ago that a female tried to con people into giving her money because she gave the impression that she was connected to Ian's brothers business, while at the same time placing bogus orders. His brother and family were quite upset about it, how do we know this is not the same person.
