OK....wow...that was one heartbreaking episode....but call me awful I loved Damon and how he tried to fix things any way he could...I'm sure we'll see how Damon messed everything up from the haters but screw them. I love badass Damon making a reappearance.

Stefan talking about his Mom....I totally see where she might possibly NOT be dead and really why talk about her now? I want to see Mrs Salvatore! Is Lily Fell their mother? I have my suspicions or rather maybe it's hopes...she could just as easily be Kai's Mom!

I hate to say it but this is true of me, too...as much as I still love Delena sometimes it feels like I'm still just in it to see it through and I don't have that same warm fuzzy feeling I had before 3x22...I hate that! I remember thinking the show had 'jumped the shark' with that decision and I still think that's true for me, anyway. It still makes no logical sense to me at all and it killed the momentum of Delena and now they just keep finding new ways to kill that momentum repeatedly. But anyway, I don't want to be a downer. I liked the episode ALOT. I want to see more of this new and improved Delena. I did NOT like them being told they were dysfunctional yet again so the haters can gloat over that!

Of course everyone will blame Damon for all that went wrong - although his plan to help Liz did work!! Here's my question though - how the hell did Kai have more strength than Luke? The Mystic Falls magic was already drained out and all he had was the vampire magic that he sucked out of Liz. WTF? Am I the only one who thinks he should not have won that merge? But I guess they needed a way to keep Kai and since Luke is the least favorite of the twins, he picked the short straw. However, I will say that I liked Luke this episode and I wish they would have developed him a bit more. Then again, we wouldn't know which twin to root for because the two ladies are in relationships, lol. |
