Screw the dress....look at Damon....omfg...now that's gorgeous. I think it's interesting that she's wearing more black lately don't you? She's looking like his princess more and more these days. I'm also really excited about Klaroline, the most excited I think I've ever been about any other ship in this show besides Delena. I'm looking forward to seeing how that goes.

Really does suck for him. Even when he thinks he's doing right by standing up to Klaus for Caroline, the sired thing still reared it's ugly head and made him do what Klaus wanted him to even though he 'didn't mean it'. So if Klaus told him to step aside, I'm sure he'd argue against it and go see Caroline and screw up the relationship 'accidentally'. Thing is with Tyler, he doesn't really notice the sired thing so I don't think he'll think twice about it being the cause of what he did that night to Caroline and just see it as an 'accident' on his part. He'll be conflicted after seeing the 2 together. He loves Caroline but is bound to Klaus so he can't willingly move Klaus out of the way to get back to Caroline. His best chance? Killing Klaus but you run into the whole sired thing again. Quite the mechanism. I want to see if Klaus' feelings are really genuine or if this is just a campaign for him. Turn one of the gang's members against them (Caroline), get Sheriff Forbes who is an ally on his side to force the gang to stand down, he's got the Council in his back pocket and is offering the town protection. That's got to kill some of the drive for the gang if the town they love and are trying to protect gets turned against them by the person they're trying so hard to kill and Stefan isn't making matters any better with his tactics. Not to mention Jeremy is gone and that's got Bonnie irked at Elena and now it looks like Alaric may be framed for murder so who knows what that's going to do to his time. Whatever Katherine is planning, she better show her hand sooner rather than later with the buildup in town or they better find out what's in that 4th coffin. |

Well it seems Damon is going to wake up in bed with someone in this ep. It better be a flashback, because if he sleeps with anyone other than Elena...I'm out. That will be my breaking point.

This is the spoiler section so this right here below is some pretty big spoilers so if you aren't ready for that, don't read it: You know there's gonna be bumps in the road. It's not going to be a straight path or they would have already moved forward after that kiss. As it stands DE are not together and it's by Elena's choice, so if he does sleep with someone, it's not unforgiveable. He's been doing it all along despite loving her. But maybe, it will make a difference to HER this time and her true feelings for Damon will come to the forefront when she thinks she might lose him to someone else. If it is Katherine that line of thinking makes sense because Katherine was significant to Damon. I read, and I don't know if it's true as it wasn't a confirmed source, but I read that Damon catches Elena with Stefan in some sort of encounter and that is the reason he does this thing. We've already seen Damon hang out with Katherine after a disagreement with Elena before earlier in the season and we got Katherine's confession that she DID love Damon, for a reason. That was foreshadowing for something. I honestly don't think that Damon should just wait around for Elena forever, same way I don't think she should wait around for Stefan. If she's not going to choose him and choose him now then he's free to do what he wants, especially if he sees the above happening and feels like SE is back on track, even if it really isn't. In the end though, Damon does not love Katherine anymore as he's made that clear even to her, but he isn't beyond using her as one of his distractions, albeit a dangerous one in my mind since he did love her at one point in time. Then the episode is named Dangerous Liasons. Coincidence? He also could have been blasted drunk. We don't know the circumstances. Someone's gonna get naked? He hasn't been with anyone since Andie and that's been a while now. The way they put it, 'wakes up in bed with someone' makes me think it wasn't something he planned to happen. This right here darn near confirms it's present day to me and very likely Katherine, though it could be someone else, but the list of known vampires is pretty small (Rebekah, Caroline, Katherine). The other two have not been showing any interest, although I wouldn't put it past either one of them, Bekah to get revenge on Elena perhaps, Caroline just cause she's perpetually horny and currently unattached, although Klaus might not like it, but Katherine has been persuing Damon. Putting it here as this appears to be the episode in question: Ian Somerhalder told me at the People's Choice Awards that he'd just shot a Vampire Diaries scene where Damon "wakes up naked with another woman who is a hot vampire." Might this be Katherine? Nina Dobrev (Elena/Katherine) hints, "I can't say whether or not I'm in that scene, but it is a character fans are familiar with and Elena will definitely have an opinion on it." www.tvguide.com/News/Exclusive-Ho....se-1041910.aspx |

I have read several different things on this ep. I am standing firm in my conviction. Damon has not been with anyone for a long time. He has proven he has at least some self control.
Unless Elena blatantly tells him "NO. There is no chance of anything ever happening between us", or she actually goes back to Stefan I will not accept Damon sleeping with someone else. We saw how jealous she got over Rebekah. If Damon sleeps with someone it will destroy any chance he ever had to have Elena, IMO.
So the camps will be divided on this, but I know how I feel about it.
I can forgive many things, and I have over the course of two and a half years...but if the writers go there...I won't. And so my love affair with TVD will be over.

Is it because you're just fed up with it all? I'm getting pretty close to fed up myself with such little progress for DE in all this time. I don't think it will ruin his chances. In fact, I think it might make her wake up and smell the coffee. She knows she has no claim on him. It wouldn't be right if she tried to say she did. Now it could stall things out some more or it could speed things up so I'm sort of on the fence with that. I definitely don't want to see more slowdowns. It's getting way old. |

"I don't know what I woud do if you weren't here." Her falling asleep with Damon beside her in her bed. Her telling Damon that she trusts him. Him kissing her and her finally not pulling away.......... Just can't take much more. I want Delena and I want it yesterday!  |

I think alot of people are getting to a place like that where they won't take much more of this stuff. It's still not a triangle as far as I'm concerned, not until DE does get together and if they cut it short again this time...grrrrr We don't threaten them good enough on twitter like the other side does or what? What makes them keep giving us scraps?

I actually seeing it be Rebekah. Isn't this the episode that someone comes unexpected and ruins the party or maybe that was the episode prior to this. It can be rebekah.
