I was thinking she was a possibility but I felt bad saying that under a post from Bonnie's boy lol. Obviously if she died she would come back and in the books she and Caroline went into the dark dimension which I am pretty sure the show is going to want to use. When Elena is going to sprout wings and get telepathy I don't know maybe season six??? Sent from my MB886 using proboards In regards to the books I don't remember Caroline going into the dark dimension. In Shadow Souls the group was Damon, Elena, Bonnie and Meredith who travels to the dark dimension. Was it in Midnight (the one after Shadow Souls where Damon goes back)? I never got around to reading that one. As far as Dark Dimension I think this veil that's going to break to the other side may be a slight reference to it but it won't be as it was in the books with the human poverty and the vampire slave owner system thing. LOL but Elena with wings, I have an urge to see that play out on TV although I think JP and co will think that's too supernatural/fantasy for the world they have already built Mystic Falls around.

Here’s the scoop: Season 4, Episode 22, “The Walking Dead” Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Silas: Julie Plec tells TVLine that the gang will “race to get Silas out of the picture. … The consequences of his plot and what Bonnie has to do to try and stop his plot then live on in the finale."
Ghosts: “t least one, if not 10 familiar faces” may appear, says Julie.
The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 23, “Graduation” The venue: Graduation
The cure: Someone will take it, and Julie says, "the implications of what that means will be a great story to tell next year.”
The cliffhangers: There are two that will "send the show spinning in a whole new direction."
The triangle: Julie teases, "We will know, when the finale is over, where everyone stands in the context of the Stefan/Damon/Elena triangle. It will definitely set all three of them on a very different and interesting path when we move forward."
Love? “When all is said and done,” says Julie, “it's got some pretty good romantic moments."
Death? "I cannot comment on permanent deaths, but I will say there will be lots of destruction," she admits.

I'm sooooooo worried that Bonnie is going to die in the finale either that or she will be in a situation where we don't know if she dies and will have to wait until season 5. That suspense would kill me.

What can we expect for the rest of the season?
We get to look forward to our gang graduating high school. We get to unfold the different layers of Silas as we get to know him better as the villain. There are some huge surprises with Bonnie and her magic that will shake us to our core, I think. We saw how Katherine and Elijah’s relationship kind of came out of left field, and yet made perfect sense - at least to me. We get to see that [relationship] evolve a little more and learn more of Katherine’s story. Then there is Elena, who we saw at prom as this heartless bitch who tried to kill her best friend. The boys need to put a stop to it because Elena is becoming her own worst nightmare. Elena has become the villain of the season at this point. So the Salvatores have to test their own limits with Elena, and do everything in their power to make her turn her emotions back on. It puts a huge strain on them because this is the woman they both love. How do you make her turn her emotions back on? One of the things that was hinted at in the prom episode was that the only emotions Elena seems to respond to are fear and pain. Can we expect to see the boys just torturing the s*** out of her?Yes. In the least pretty fashion. This is where they realize - and the audience sees - how strong Elena is as a character - and as a villain, because she is able to withstand so much of their torture. [Damon and Stefan] torturing her is actually torture for them because they love her so much. So she is able to play with that dynamic. If you think Elena is a villain now, she manages to become an even greater villain. By the end of the season, we will find a way for her to become the Elena we know. Ultimately, we need to answer the question of the cure - the cure is still out there. And once Elena is back to being regular Elena Gilbert, with her emotions and her humanity, the question is hanging over our heads: were her feelings for Damon due to the sire bond? Were they real? Does she still love Stefan? So she has to answer that question, which is the big emotional journey for her this season. The Vampire Diaries has never been afraid to kill off main characters, as we have seen time and again. Will everyone who was alive as of the prom episode survive the end of the season?Um..... no. You know everything can’t go that well! There is always a body count. That is one of the things I love about Vampire Diaries. It is “realistic” in the sense that, unlike in other TV shows, not everyone makes it to the end; they don’t all get out of their sticky situations. I think that is what keeps the show exciting and keeps viewers on their toes.Yeah, it totally does. What I realized when I first started working on this show is that what really makes this show pop is that it lives in the truth. The truth is an ugly, uncomfortable place. Rather than running from it, you just charge into it, and that is where the best stories come from. That’s why I think Damon pops off the page so much, because he just says truthful things. They are hurtful, but that is what makes it shocking. www.fearnet.com/news/interview/exclusive-vampire-diaries-producer-gives-us-sneak-peek-season-five

Well then that leaves Matt, Tyler, & April right? Caroline's mom? You think they'll go ahead & make her an orphan too? May as well, all the others are. Bonnie may as well be because we'd never seen her parents up until last season. Her dad has been on a few times & has disappeared again. Which is fine by me, I didn't care for either of them. Bonnie has practically raised herself. But look how that turned out, poor girl!

I am thinking tyler,Caroline's mom and April will all die lol and matt will come close. Maybe Bonnie's father but again I think the main death will be Damon and he will ingests the cure before fully dying

Official Synopsis for Graduation Day Episode 423
WHO WILL TAKE THE CURE? — On Graduation Day, Mystic Falls is overrun with ghosts intent on settling old scores and fulfilling their supernatural destinies. Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) life is in danger after a ghostly encounter, while Matt (Zach Roerig) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) join forces to battle a ghost determined to find the cure. As everyone gathers for the graduation ceremony and the ghosts converge, help comes from an unlikely hero. Caroline (Candice Accola) receives a touching and unexpected graduation present, and Bonnie’s (Kat Graham) plan leads to the closing of the veil. Elena (Nina Dobrev) makes a decision about the Salvatore brothers and faces an epic confrontation with Katherine (Nina Dobrev). Finally, Stefan (Paul Wesley) discovers a horrifying clue to the mystery surrounding Silas.
There we go !!! What are your theories, I just read it, gonna mull over it today. But I think the unlikely hero will be April. For some reason they have built her up in a quiet and subtle way and she has to have a purpose, I don't think she is just a figure randomly popping up. Y'all have a nice day!!

After ghosts begin to slip through the veil that separates supernatural purgatory from the living in the May 9 penultimate episode, we'll find out in the season 4 finale if Silas' plan to drop the veil completely is successful. We'll also learn who takes the cure for vampirism - a decision that EP Julie Plec admits she changed halfway through the season. And expect an emotional graduation day. "I cried some really beautiful sad tears," she says, "and I cried some great happy tears."
This was from an EW article with JP Why do you guys think she decided to change her mind and who do you think will take the cure?
