I predict Nina will fall off the wagon for a little bit here and go a little nuts partying again. I think that's her way of coping with things that upset her, as evidenced by the entirety of last summer...ugh. I think this upset her because yes, they've been over a while now, but that doesn't mean the feelings are completely gone for either of them.

I love that Ian defended Nikki to some hater and ten retweeted her dog post. Seems he is smitten. Also who better than Nikki to understand he has to kiss his ex onscreen as Nikki is releasing album with soon-to-be ex-husband. And for all of the talk of Nikki hurting Nina, I doubt they were close friends, more likely friendly and at many of the same functions.

I love that Ian defended Nikki to some hater and ten retweeted her dog post. Seems he is smitten. Also who better than Nikki to understand he has to kiss his ex onscreen as Nikki is releasing album with soon-to-be ex-husband. And for all of the talk of Nikki hurting Nina, I doubt they were close friends, more likely friendly and at many of the same functions. Actually Nikki and her then husband Paul went on a few double dates with Nina and Ian, just as she double-dated with Julianne Hough and her boyfriend with Derek Hough back in May of this year. |

Well there was never any confirmation that she was dating Derek at all. I didn't find any pictures that really confirmed anything was going on there either. In the pictures I did see she was closer to Julianne, her friend, than Derek, so just because he was there doesn't mean she was really dating him regardless of what the tabloids speculated. Same goes for the supposed double dating with Nian at one point. They were all friends, but whether they actually went out on double dates together is questionable. As I've said all of Young Hollywood is going to be spotted together at some point. That's just how it is and how it's always been.

What if they were all friends and niki saw what Ian went through. Maybe she sided with him and stayed close friends with him and Nina and her fell off?  Maybe Nina hasn't talked to niki in months and niki and Ian's friendship developed and evolved into more as she stood by him and supported him. People need to get lives! Come on they are so pathetic. Please. For that girl to make a paragraph that she felt was important in her life when honestly it's none of her damn business is pathetic! Sorry NOT sorry! |

Confirmation doesn't always have to be photos, since Derek and Nikki's brief fling (turned out to be nothing serious), still happened in exactly the same fashion that Derek and Nina's relationship started., with lots of witnesses but no photos, and the only reason why Derek and Nina actually came out and finally admitted that they were dating is because their relationship lasted a lot longer then Derek and Nikki's, therefore, it was inevitable that photos of them holding hands would emerg, but before then it was exactly the same as Derek and Nikki's with only people who was there at the time reporting what they had seen. The first date they were spotted on together was on April 18th at Rock & Reilly's in L.A and everyone who saw them there stated that there was lots of PDA which included hand-holding and kissing and Nikki feeding him, people also stated that they were both joined by Derek's DWTS pals Mark Ballas and Cheryl Burke, however, when Nikki and Derek left it was together. Nikki also hung out with Mark Ballas's girlfriend backstage (DWTS) on April 29th, while she waited for him. Since like Nina she is close friends with Julianne Hough, therefore, it was no surprise when Nikki and Derek double-dated with Julianne and her boyfriend in May. However, the relationship ended just around the time, the media decided to follow up on the rumours in regards to her and Derek, she was actually photographed leaving Derek's apartment and returning moments later with food and two beers. No surprise then that weeks later the rumours about her and Ian began, but this time there was photographs from the market. But, it was almost like I was reading what was happening between Derek and Nina, because the pattern was so familiar. |

Well Derek has a familiar pattern. It almost seems like he gets his sister to scout out these women, become good friends with them and convince them to give her brother a try as a boyfriend. I really don't think Nikki was all that interested from the pictures I saw but Derek probably was interested in her. It's not like I care really if she dated him or not, although I don't see what anyone sees in him, but I just didn't see any definitive proof which is what I'm always looking for because there's always stories and articles that are completely untrue floating around.

It's not as if we saw Nina and Nikki doing all sorts of things together like real close friends. At most she and her hubby hung our with Ian and Nina a bit, but she also hung out with Ian when he dated Ashley Greene briefly so I'm pretty sure she knew Ian long before she knew Nina and maybe enjoyed talking to him about things that matter more than talking to Nina about fashion. We really don't know! |

This is my stance on the whole thing, whether we approve or disapprove, as Ian fans we should support his relationships whether it be a long one or for a short while. No one should be taking it upon themselves to hate on any woman that Ian so much as cast a smile at. Our only concern should be that Ian is happy, because that is all that counts at the end of the day.

Yes, if Ian is happy, I am happy! We didn't get any party pics last night of him so I assume he stayed in with Nikki. I wonder if she did make the trip down to San Diego wit him, though.
