I hate spiders.
I have a hard time even watching anything with spiders. Lord of the Rings? Giant spider part? Can barely watch that part. Because of the giant effing spider. Second Harry Potter movie? MULTIPLE giant spiders and hundreds of little spiders? Nope, hard time watching that. I agreed with Ron Weasley. "why couldn't have been follow the butterflies?

I needed to post this in the shelter because I'm gonna need some DE shelter for what I'm about to say!!!
What will it take from Stefan to get an SE pissed at his actions? I feel last night was so cruel and so careless and somehow it all gets rolled over into some foreshadowing moment in the SE relationship?

I've always admitted when Damon was wrong. I was angry when he killed Jer. Cried and all! I was not happy that he was capable of doing that! yes I understood how hurt he was and how broken he was. he was impulsive yet incredibly STUPID! Or when he fed her his blood. I knew it was wrong but I was being selfish because I didn't want Elena dead so I was on team do anything to "save" Elena! But I did admit that it's wrong to feed someone your blood!
I remember every SE was MAD that Damon did that! They wanted his head on a stake! But Stefan does it and it's ok because he is trying to take down Klaus? So Elena can be used and abused for Klaus?
Again here we go taking the side of the male character. Justifying his moves even if it's horrific for the female character. She can take one for the team because it's ok for her to be used as a rag doll??
My heart broke for Elena. I should have been rejoicing that a scene that horrible could make her let Stefan go for good and make her one step toward Damon but it didn't! It tore my heart apart to see her get fed the blood by the man she fought for and loves! To be used in a plot to scare Klaus! To take her on that bridge! I balled! I was so sad for her. How could he even use her! Of all people her!! I would have rather him used Damon but not poor helplessly devoted Elena!
That just stunned me. Then show no remorse! Even if he wouldn't have driven off that bridge to risk her in that way was something a RIPPER would do! No compulsion no remorse! It was truly showing me that Stefan was gone. He would die if Damon did something like that to her and here he is doing it.
AND he is getting excused for it by his fans!
I think Stefan is worthy or forgiveness and redemption. But he must earn it! When he comes around he should be forgiven like Damon was. I'd be a hypocrite to believe any other way.
I think Stefan is worthy of condemnation and anger! He deserves it after last night. We don't have to make excuses for why he did it! No excuse is good enough!
Who gives a flying F*CK if Klaus blinked! Or if he has the upper hand! At what expense though? Are we so easily swayed! Do anything to kill Klaus? What happened to caring about our heroine and the emotional instability and abuse she is getting through all of this!
I was not happy with Damon and his "proud" sentiments! I can admit I wanted Damon to be angry that Stefan could do that to Elena! I CAN ADMIT WHEN DAMON IS WRONG!!!!
I just cant fathom why people are not down right pissed at their favorite character right now. It's like nothing he does will be condemned! He kills Caroline... Oh it was to get Klaus. If someone has to die... to get Klaus. I can see it now.
You can still love your character and admit what he did to Elena last night was disgusting and wrong. Our favorite characters are vampires! They are gonna do some crappy things. We don't have to justify every move they make!

 That's it baby....get it all out!!! I was also a little disappointed in Damon's show of pride toward Stefan, but I also know Damon. It is just his nature to be happy his younger brother got the upper hand with Klaus. At least he was showing Elena his real feelings and not just saying what she wanted to hear...he was honest. If it were the other way around we all know Stefan would just lie and tell her what she wanted to hear so he could keep her image of him intact. Damon just isn't ever going to take that road with her. He loves and more importantly he respects her so he is honest with her and shows his true face even when it makes her see something she may not want to accept. He won't lie to her to make himself look good the way Stefan has in the past.

I wanted him to comfort her and show that he is better than Stefan. I think he is better and more honest! Point blank! |
