Kai is actually helping them? Wow...maybe he did get some of Luke's good parts. I forgot about that little nugget of foreshadowing ... I hope they do make Kai conflicted about stuff now. I mean, I love him bad, but a redemption arc would be interesting. But even if not for that reason, they should still do it because otherwise taking the trouble to mention how the 2 souls join and you get aspects of both people into one would have been pointless. They said it, its out there. Now they need to follow through with it. They need to show as that something of Luke is now part of Kai. Maybe plaguing him, making him miserable lol. It will be very interesting character stuff. They better deal with it or I'll be disappointed in them.

So when do we think Delena will finally make it on that date? Doesn't look like next week. I'm excited to see what it will be - they were so cute in this episode, I want to see more of that.

Yeah it was a bit weird that the date didn't get mentioned again after the first couple minutes of the episode. It wasn't even like after all the commotion later on they realized, 'Well looks like our date plans fell through.' It just sort of became a dropped storyline haha.
Or was it mentioned and I just forgot lol. Anyways I wouldn't be against Delena having one of those, 'What do you mean? We just went on a date.' type moments haha. Something comes up again and the two are just working through supernatural drama together only to realize once things calmed down they didn't go on their planned date and for the other to make a joke about that being there 'date'. lol

That would be hilarious. They would play it so cool and banter it out like they do. I could see Damon walking her to her door and doing that - then he brings up the "first date, end of the night kiss", lol.

Sounds like Damon talks about his Mom in that episode description...again with the Mom stuff...seems like she might make an appearance or something.

So this is the chick playing Lily Fell, whom I suspect might be Momma Salvatore...I mean back then there were only a few founding families living in Mystic Falls and we know the Fells were one of them. She also has eyes a lot like Damon! Her first appearance is in the above episode in which Damon remembers his mother. I do think she could be still alive as she is supposed to be a 'recurring' character and be fiercely protective of her family...interesting stuff!

I wonder if what Damon says will line up with what Stefan said. I was a bit suspicious when Stefan talked about the mother only in reference to his self, like not saying, 'our mother' or whatever. I was wondering whether that was intentional on the writers part maybe to build up to Damon and Stefan having different mothers or if that was, well just talking normally. Since you wouldn't really say 'our' unless said person was there with you so it's pretty common to be, 'Well my mom usually likes the blah blah'.
So yeah that could just be me looking more into something. But I'm curious to see how that scene with Damon and his mother will go and how he'll address his mother.

Yeah I don't know if they'll go with the two Moms thing but even what Stefan said was interesting that his Dad sent her away when she was sick and then told them she had died...when perhaps she really didn't die. I think that episode has flashbacks to their childhood and that has to be for a reason I'd think.

We got this info before:
◾Episode 6.15 will feature a flashback to the 1800's where we will meet August, Lily and Thomas Fell. We will learn a few interesting details about one of the founding families of Mystic Falls and a familiar name may make an appearance.

Hmmm...August.....I wonder if that is how they got the name the Augustines. I figure Lily's got to either be the Salvatore Mom or trouble for them one way or the other. I'm not sure if all their last names are Fell or not in that above quote. Remember that Damon's relative is the one who turned him over to the Augustines as well in the 1950's.

Oh my gosh I love this so much!!! If their mother didn't actually die but turned, it would explain why their father mistreated Damon so much if he looked like her, reminded him of her and all that cliché stuff so he took his anger out on Damon for their mother leaving them because his mother was no longer around to be angry with. Seems like her personality may be a female version of Damon as well. Lily is described as caustic and fiercely loyal to the people that she loves. I mean Lily could be anyone but she certainly does fit for the Salvatore Mom. Then again she could also be the mother of the Gemini coven but I believe she was supposed to have died as well, but she also resembles Jo. So who knows. If she turns out to be the Gemini Mom I will be disappointed though cause I don't care about them and I want to see the Salvatore history so badly! However that flashback says 1800s so I think it's a better chance she relates to the Salvatores in some way and now we know Damon is going to be talking about his Mother that episode.
