I can't believe we didn't have one of these already! I guess because no matter how much I didn't like Stefan I still never hated Elena and I still don't, but this ship has sunk! Anyway I've been thinking about what's been going on with the show lately and how Stefan and Elena both have now told each other they don't love each other anymore or at least, they aren't IN love with each other any more and I'm thinking why does anyone want to ship them anymore? That ship is cracked in half and sinking to the bottom of the ocean at this point. And yet I'm seeing people happy about what Stefan said and did and calling themselves Stelenas and I don't see how they could be. Stefan stans, yeah, but not Stelenas cause if that happened to Delena I'd be crying my eyes out about it. There was at least still hope when Stefan seemed to still love her, but now...he's slept with Rebekah to top it off, which is something that would make it hard to take someone back from. It's one thing if they weren't ever together, like Damon and Elena weren't. But now the both of them have slept with someone else. Can we say it's over OVER? it seems pretty doomed to me. RULES  1. It sure seems OVER over to me. It does surprise me that there are so many Stelena fans that hate Elena anymore and love it when Stefan acts toward her like he did in this last episode. If you hate Elena so much, why would you want to your favorite character to be with her? Just be a Stefan fan then, or is it about the competition instead of really about happiness?
I find Stefan far more interesting when he's not with Elena. They seem to bring each other down. Whereas Damon and Elena bring out the best in each other. I can't figure out who I would actually ship Stefan with at this point but I'm sure it'll come to me eventually!

So I will write the first real comment....
Last night showed me how NON Epic SE really is. I mean who is Stefan? Does Elena even know??? He straight told her... "you don't know what I look like when I'm not in love with you". It's a true statement but what you look like is a jerk! So if you're not in love with Elena then your a jerk to her?
I'm fine with Stefan sleeping around. he can go spread his vampire seed with anyone he wants! I DON'T CARE! But Not with Rebekah! Not anymore!
1. She killed ELENA! You know how guilty you felt when she died? Yeah and how she is a vampire now and is sired to Damon? Um yeah! How could you sleep with the person who caused all your grief?
2. Stefan acts like he never loved Rebekah. Those two were in love! It might have been ripper/blood lust love but they had a thang together and they totally downplayed it last night!
3. I'm mad because it wasn't Caroline.
I've just been seeing how flawed SE is allot this season. And not because Stefan isn't with Elena and Damon is, it's the way Stefan has been taking everything!
Ok your hurt dude I get it. But you cant call Sire Bond one minute then not call sire bond the next! So you either believe Elena's actions/feelings are because of the sire bond and you don't blame her... ya your hurt but blame her? No she is sired.... Or you really don't believe she is sired and you just want to call SB when it's convenient for you to. Like when you kept DE apart in 4x11.
Elena didn't deserve what he did to her last night. So what she wanted to see Damon. Get over it. I mean I know he's hurt but to not be able to understand where she is coming from or where any of this came from is not EPIC it's a tragedy!
At the end of season 3 he was sooooo convinced that Elena had feelings for Damon but so confident that Elena would choose him. he still made that deal. So even in his over cocky confidence he still believed that Elena would chose him he made a deal to leave. So if she chose Damon then I mean he had to know they would have sex etc etc! It's a relationship! I just don't get his mentality when it comes to SE and how he can go from one extreme to another and not even think rationally.
I cant call epic after my guy in my ship treated the girl like trash! I love Elena and she didn't deserve that!

I kind of can understand some of it as I have felt less than kind to Elena when she hurt Damon, but some of the stuff I've seen is awful and I can't see how they can call themselves Stelenas.

As I've been saying forever, like since season one, Stefan is a fake, a fraud, a charlatan. He lies and he pretends to be something he isn't, which is a hero. He is anything but a hero. But this isn't the Anti-Stefan thread is it? He is what has made Stelena the laughing stock it is. It was never real because he was never real and now he's finally admitted it. He became what he had to become in order to be with Elena because that's what he wanted. He came and stayed in Mystic Falls to persue and win her. |

The final nail was the fact he wanted to forget everything. Which implies their entire time together was worthless to him; it didn't mean anything. I would never be able to get past that.

I wouldn't either. I'd always know that when the going got tough, Stefan walks away. We have actually seen that more than once from him so there is no doubt anymore that he isn't in it for the long haul with Elena.

How can it be some kind of 'epic' love when one half is always walking away and the other is always fighting for it?
The only time Stefan bothered to fight was when he found out Elena kissed Damon.

Exactly and it was so obvious by the 180 he took at that moment that I just shook my head in disbelief that all he seemed to care about was playing keep away with Elena from his brother. He had told her he didn't care about her and he didn't care what she thought, until he found out they kissed. It's the same situation all over again. If she gets cured then he's going to possibly give her another chance again? If I was Elena I'd have a few choice words about where Stefan can stick that!

Tee hee... So while moderating because that is the only way I'd go into a Anti Delena thread I saw someone post a bunch of Gifs about Damon. I liked the idea of that so I'm going to copy!!! I'm going to find some "epic" gifs of SE.. =) I'm such a copy cat.
