The calm me says we will have answers in a few weeks and JP redeemed herself at the end of S5 and got back to telling the story she plans on telling. But the angry me saw S6 promo pic with SE holding hands and Bamon pairing. JP just screws with everyone! And as much as I love Ian, he is obviously pushing for Bamon and while I am sympathetic, enough already. Plus if Ian does not sign for S7, they will change storyline to fit the existing cast. Just plugging my ears until October. Yeah this is the one thing that could throw a monkey wrench into it all... |

Yeah, if Ian might be leaving the show, then there's no point in going down a Bamon road, because it won't be able to go anywhere. Can't have Bamon without Damon lol, duh.

Well there's always a chance that Damon and Bonnie will never get back, right? I mean who knows what will happen with so much in the air right now. We know one of the main cast members has not signed and we have not heard any different. |

I suppose anything is possible at this point. But if they were going to have them never come back then they should have just ended there story with the last finale. To me it doesn't make much sense, story-wise, to show them in their weird world in the background of the story for a while, only to have them stay there, or disappear all together. It just seems like bad storytelling to me. So my guess is they will come back. But after that, who knows what will happen. I really feel like this season is very up in the air. But even with all the craziness, and things being up in the air, I still think Bamon is ridiculous lol :-) ANTI BAMON!!!

I will be so glad when Bamon turn out to be nothing. These Bamon fans act like it's a done deal or something but honestly they've been going on about Bamon like it existed forever. It's part of their delusion to think every look means something romantic. When did Bonnie become part of the triangle on this show? Like never! It's kind of ridiculous to even think Damon would forget all about Elena and have a thing with Bonnie and the same for Bonnie and Jeremy. If they did, that would pretty much ruin their characters for a lot of people, so how about NO! Frankly I find the implication that my favorite character would do something like that offensive and I think that's where my dislike of Bamon comes in. Delena would have to be done and over before I'd even think about it and even then I have never been fond of Bonnie as a character so it's unlikely I'd ever be for Bamon. I would honestly rather see Ian leave the show than have Damon destroy the greatness of Delena by moving on to Bonnie or really anyone. It's Delena or die as far as I am concerned at this point in the show.

I wonder just how many of the so called Bamon fans are really Stelena's who hate Damon (by the way) and only want him out of the way so they can get their precious Stelena back again. They couldn't give two rips about Bamon. I would guess it would be the majority of the people wanting Bamon. These are the same people saying all the sheet about Damon day in and day out and we're supposed to just believe they actually want him to be with someone else? Add that to the Bonnie fans who do the same thing, dissing on Damon constantly, some of her biggest fans, in fact, yet they claim to ship Bamon. I feel like they just want the attention that Bonnie being paired with THE most popular character on the show would bring her not that they actually give a crap about Damon's happiness. So a good percentage of the Bamon fandom are anti-Damon folks, certainly NOT people I want to associate with at all!

There is also a Bamon shipper thread where people can praise their ship without negativity. Who else is already bored with Bamon? While I think it's great that Ian got to work with Kat, they really aren't that interesting together from my perspective and we can see that nothing has changed between them thus far. I hope we aren't in for a lot more of them doing nothing cause....yawn.

Yeah I was looking forward to the fun, witty banter but it's gotten a bit repetitive now. How many times has Bonnie pronounced she hated Damon or he was her last favorite that episode? And it's not some thin line between love and hate thing. They both just get on each other's nerves and it's getting old.
Delena never got that childish and repetitive with Elena always proclaiming, 'I hate you! Go away!' and Damon didn't try to intentionally annoy her for the hell of it.
They're always in the kitchen as well, I welcome that change of scenery at the grocery store.
