I don't know if I see them as a romantic pairing, but I   and adore their friendship. They actually have really awesome chemistry together. Anyone else love their relationship (friendship or otherwise)? |

I did like Stefan and Caroline but I think I like Stefan/Katherine better. Plus it seems like they don't plan to go in that direction any time soon.

We finally got to see Stefan and Caroline talking to each other again! It was brief, but a small start. Maybe there's hope for some more Steroline interaction in the last episodes of the season?

I love Caroline and Stefan together as friends =) I think they are so great together and he will always look out for her....It still bugs me though that no one never acknowledged Damon last season for saving Caroline and getting her out the way from Tyler when he bit him.

Is anyone else still hoping for this ship now that Elena and Stefan are broken up? I'd rather have her with Stefan or flirting with Stefan rather than Klaus right now...
Maybe there can end up being a Stefan/Caroline/Klaus love triangle even if Stefan still has feelings for Elena?

Well, I tried to snap out of it but I am still shipping Steroline lol. Now that Klaus and Tyler are about to be out of the picture and Stefan won't be getting back with Elena anytime soon, it doesn't seem like such a stretch now does it?

And here she’s in her “fix” mode. She needs to help, shewants to help in someway but she’s lost at what she could do. And Stefan, as always, notice her freak-out before anyone. See how he looks at her? He knows how much this is affecting her too. Just the way his eyes follow her and closes after it, shows how much he knows about her and what this is doing to her. And she’s basically one of his few and most important supports, so he needs her. I truly believe that if they hadn’t smelled Jeremy’s body starting to decompose, he would have tried to calm her down. And he would know all the right things to say. </small> <small style="outline: none 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; ">Because he gets her. </small>

Stefan's reaction actually was sort of funny, like OK, just let her ramble... They're perfect for each other! Just kidding, I'm not sold on it...yet. BUT, that was SO Caroline and I'm glad they had her do that cause I could totally see Caroline swooping in to arrange the entire funeral while everyone is still numb AND pulling it off perfectly. She can be counted on for stuff like that for sure.

Yeah I know us Steroline fans who want a romantic pairing aren't a large group lol. I just do feel as if Stefan is truly the right person for her...they have the perfect friendship like Delena had/has and Stefan is the only person that really finds all of Caroline's qualities endearing, they're very protective of one another and their attitudes are similar. I just think their pairing could be super romantic...they have so much to build it on.
