I also actually think these two have better onscreen chemistry than the actors playing Elena and Stefan, Caroline and Klaus, Caroline and Tyler. They seem to have real fun with eachother and that really comes through in the finished product to me.

Yeah and Stefan rarely has fun, but he smiles when he is with Caroline and isn't so broody. She teases him about the broodiness and seems to lighten his moods. She's a positive influence on him. Otherwise he just gets so down in the dumps about life. She's always telling him to have fun, look on the bright side, things will get better, etc.

They have had such great chemistry since season 1 episode 1. How fallen care was for Stefan and how Stefan straight up told her "ain't gonna happen". The angst has always been there.
Then we have Stefan ALWAYS wanting to save Caroline. When he held her face in that bathroom in season 2 I believed they could happen. I always liked them season 1 but I never knew if JP could take it there but after that scene in season 2 I knew SHE'D HAVE TO!!!

A good Steroline vid. I keep thinking about how Caroline had a huge crush on Stefan at the beginning of the show but then had to friend zone him when he got involved with Elena. Now he's single again and I'm betting she is going to be, too, really soon, as I think Tyler will not be back other than to possibly say goodbye for good, so who knows, right? They'd be two broken hearted 'friends.' Even JP recently said she saw the chemistry with them back in season 2 but she has this idea that Caroline is his next Lexie. I bet once they are trying that out the chemistry will become undeniable with those two and the fans will want them together.

After tonight's episode.... I am seriously rooting for Stefan and Caroline... I love them together!! I actually liked Stefan this episode when he was with Caroline, her presence around him made his character so much more enjoyable for me. So much more interesting then Stefan/Elena, that's so boring and old now. But I'm stuck because when I saw Caroline and Tyler hug in that last scene... that made me tear up and it felt so right (well, I was already crying because of Bonnie's funeral but still...).

The best part of last episode was Steroline moments.
Caroline made some silly mistakes this season but with last episode ,she is back to be the queen of my heart. Get in line Enzo.....LOL.
This show has become a haven for ships now.....But i got nothing to complain. However, I am not happy with animal-instinct-sex we are getting this season. As much as i appreciate the spontaneity in actions of our beloved characters, I would still want them to think a little before they act. To me, this is jus unwanted drama. But i still enjoy casual flirting. Poor Enzo, He was trying so hard....LOL.
And i hope stefan and caroline remain friends. I still feel tyler and caroline should be together.

You don't see Stefan looking at Elena this way...these two seem to have an understanding of each other that nobody else gets. Seems like a match to me.

I want this couple as I'm sure everyone else must have noticed great chemistry. Also the build up of friends first then realising they love each other but are worried about an ex/friend (elena) is so the dynamic od Pacey/Joey with Dawson been Elena. I want Delena BUT I don't hate Stefan or want him alone and feel this couple is perfect.
Now the Don't. I love their friendships and based on this show been about the triangle I know inevitably they'll break-up so Stefan/Elena/Damon is the focus and feel based on the past of the show handles these things Caroline will loose he friends (as you can't dare do anything to inconvenience Elena, Look at Katherine is she more evil than Kol or Silas? No. Yet she inconvenienced Elena so the universe sent her to hell!) her friendship with Stefan will be gone. She'll have no purpose like tyler , Jeremy or Bonnie (all great as I said in another thread but right now they are just there to be there) And Caroline is one of the best most rounded characters on the show.
Plus I feel Caroline is OUR vampire. Damon + Stefan = great but so much we don't know. Elena = bad character IMO and is all about the triangle. Caroline is the first vampire we saw go from human to noobpire to Strong vampire. It's been a great journey I feel the writers would waste to get the triangle back.

The writers must know that we've all had enough. Going on 6 years here, and people are starting to jump ship as it is. I think they know they have to take the characters somewhere new, soon. And since no one is ever going to buy Damon falling for someone else on this show (can you even picture it?? NO!), then they need to have Stefan move on. The writers love Caroline, they're not going to sacrifice her. People have already asked if she might go to the Originals, and the writers have said she's not going anywhere. I like the idea because it would hopefully move Delena forward. But I don't know if I agree that they have chemistry. I think they're cute together, but it doesn't feel passionate. It feels sweet, like friends. I like them as friends. As Doppel said earlier, Caroline brings lightness to Stefan, and makes him happy. But I just can't quite picture them getting hot and heavy together. Caroline is a little bit of a nympho, the way she's been with Tyler and Klaus ... I feel like Stefan is too mellow for her lol. I don't know. All I know is, if they do it, I hope they let the characters earn it organically, and not just have them suddenly making out for no reason. That will annoy me. |
